The Q system and Its Holder

Valerian a boy born in a world full of magic and monsters, where everyone at the age of 15 awakens their ability, however Valerian didn't awaken an ability like everyone else, he was born manaless not magic power at all. Shunned by society bullied by everyone till he was eventually pushed over the edge, literally by his childhood friend and the one person who he though loved him, left to die at the bottom of a clift the only sound he heard was the peaceful waves of the ocean splashing against the shore as he laid there for his final minutes, as he was gazing at the night sky a falling star flew by, and he made a wish one last desperate wish, (I wish I wasn't so useless) join Valerian on his journey as he grows strong enough to stand at the top of his world and learn the truth about his parents who he had never known.
