1 Good Morning!

The sun was rising in the east and the roads are starting to get busy. As always, Brian would never have the urge to wake up early in the morning to go to school. Instead, he even wanted to quit going to school. For him, its just a playground for people who have enough time to waste. He knew he's capable of learning things on his own, so waking up in the morning to do the same daily routine is tiresome.

The morning chill adds up to these reasons why Brian wont move an inch away from bed. Grabbing the blanket he never knew why its under his feet. Maybe its his habit of moving his feet while asleep. Or it just happened to be there. As he was always alone in that room. Times can only be counted when someone visits a man like him in that apartment.

When he was about to turn his body to the other side of the bed, he was shocked to see somebody sleeping beside him. Well, he used to be alone but not lonely. With his deceiving looks and charm, he can take home any girl she wanted. Plus the evil touch of humour when he's at it.

He checked the unfamiliar face he's seeing right beside him.

"Hey!"

A small, faint voice huddled from her mouth. With a shy smile she looked up to Brian's face who had now had his one arm supporting his head from the pillow.

"You ain't gonna get up yet?" he asked.

There was a figure of uneasiness in his face while asking the body next to him. As if he wanted to get rid if the situation. He just loves to do it, and when its done, forget what happened and move on. It was his habit though and almost all the girls in school knows about that. Except a few who's as innocent as a third grader and willing to be taken victim by the lion.

"Oh my God!" she exclaimed looking at her wristwatch she never removed while doing the thing with Brian.

"I gotta go. I'll be late for my class." , she added while buttoning her sleeves and zippering her jeans.

Brian, who loved how the situation was going, never said a word to stop her.

"You wont come to school today?", she asked while finishing the buttoning.

"Who knows? I'll come if Professor Ben wants me to."

As for him, he will only be obliged to go to school when Professor Ben asks for his help in the laboratory. As a great mind on his own, Professor Ben would prefer having him nearby for assistance.

The door shut close behind him. He released a great sigh upon shutting the door. He hugged his bed a few more times before he made his way to the kitchen. Finding some food he may have left in the fridge a night ago. Luckily, he managed to save some bread and peanut butter from the past few days. For a man living alone like him, a diet like these would suffice his stomach for the whole day, if not busy or have an exhausting day ahead.

After eating, he went directly to the toilet and after, immediately took a shower. It was not long before he was ready to go. The school is just a few blocks from his apartment so he would not worry of being late. Even if he will be, he wouldn't even care. She shut the door behind him and checked if it is locked.

He then went by the roadside in where he was greeted by a few bystanders nearby.

"Saw that pretty chick runnin' down your apartment door a few minutes ago. She's you girlfriend? Or one of the..."

The guy poked at Brian showing his respect to him. He's better at everything against these men. He even had a punchfight with these men a few months ago. When he was still new in town and men like them trip on the newcomers in town, tryin' to be a bully. But they just found themselves beaten up one by one by Brian, as though without proper training received from a trainor, learned his way of defense by reading tutorial books found in libraries.

Its not that Brian is a bookworm of some sort. Its just that Brian had always any interest in almost everything.

"See you later Dwayne!", he said.

He smiled as he passed by from where they are standing. As for Dwayne, who is leaning against a pole while holding a ball in his hand tried to reply with a nod.
