32 Potential Danger.

Narrator's Pov:  As the Red-hair pirates departed from boomecks island, its citizens slowly woke up from their unconscious state. A bout of confusion ensued as they started to panic once more.

And while all that was happening, we cut o a scene of a certain injured vice-admiral who just finished reporting his mission status.

Kizaru was not having the best time of his life at the moment. After reporting his encounter with the red-haired pirate who went by the name of Shanks, he was expecting to be called back to marineford.

And he would have liked that to be the case,truly. Alas, it seems fate had other plans as he was instructed by Sengoku to track down the new crew and wait for further reinforcements from HQ while keeping an eye on them.

This initially shocked him until Sengoku cleared up why he wanted the red-haired pirate captured as soon as possible. Turns out, not only having the capability to use all 3 forms of haki but also their advanced forms was what triggered Sengoku to be in such a hurry. 

Not only that, Sengoku seemed to have some more information about the red-haired teen. Upon further inquiry, Sengoku revealed a fact that drastically changed Kizar's whole attitude towards Sengoku's troublesome orders to track the red-haired pirate.

Turns out Shanks, the red-haired pirate, was a former member of the infamous Roger Pirates. While not a famous one, as he was only an apprentice, his recent growth was troubling. According to Sengoku, even haki monsters prodigies like Gold.D Roger,Silvers Rayleigh and vice-admiral Monkey.D Garp weren't that skilled in any forms of haki at that age.

So Sengoku worried that with enough time, that red-haired pirate could grow to a level similar to the before-mentioned legends. Or worse, surpass them, which was a scenario the marines would certainly not look forward to.

So with new orders, the injured vice-admiral reluctantly stood up and exited the alleyway he was currently in with limping footsteps as his bleeding slowly stopped and he started to heal,albeit at a slow rate. 

As he traversed the streets once more, he used Semi-keiken to slowly put all the broken bones in their previous state to accelerate his healing. He did all this while ignoring the villains who avoided him the moment he was near them as he had blood all over him, even on his white coat.

While vice-admiral Kizaru started his pursuit of the Red-hair pirates, news of his clash with Shanks spread around the world on a thousand magazines disturbed by News co birds. On the front of the magazines was a picture of Kizaru laying in a small crater with critical injuries in the capital of Boomecks island with citizens surrounding him.A well drawn sketch of Shanks was above the picture as he could be seen holding his saber in a victory stance.

The title on top of the magazine cover read [ Navy Vice-admiral Kizaru in critical state after fighting a new pirate rookie]. The magazine went on to give a small background of Shanks with some surprising details and accuracy.

It briefly talked about his encounter with the pirates on Fish-man island and his short encounters with some pirate crews he and the twins had annihilated while on the way to Boomecks island. 

It then went on to talk about his fight with the plunderer and his death which lead to his clash with Kizaru in a surprisingly accurate manner. It also briefly mentioned the twins before ending with a bounty picture and the signature of a certain reporter.

[ "Red-haired" Shanks : Wanted Dead or Alive: $ 1,000,000,000]. 

The picture on the post featured a clear image of Shanks wearing a straw hat while walking with Kenny and Levi to their ship. Normal civilians reacted differently to this news with shock while the most dangerous pirates,marines and other powerful and influential figures in the world had varied reactions. 

The marines reacted by deploying a fleet that consisted of two vice admirals and five rear admirals and ten commodores from HQ. The fleet was sent out to assist vice-admiral Kizaru on completely annihilating the red-haired pirates before the crew any further in strength and influence.

The major and influential pirates ,however, reacted differently. In the New world, there existed 4 pirates strong who constantly fought for territory and resources all for different end goals. They kept a form of order in the new world by annihilating any that tried to claim their territory or challenge their influence.The members had high bounties that signified their infamy. They were all collectively known as tHe four Emperors of the sea. The members consisted of

[ '' Whitebeard" Edward Newgate: Wanted Dead or Alive: $ 5,046,000,000] who was infamous for constantly clashing and matching the now deceased pirate king ,Gol.D Roger in power. He was also renowned for his massive fleet of pirates that consisted of 1,500 members led by 15 division commanders who were formidable in their own right. Captain of the whitebeard pirates.

[ " Golden Lion '' Shiki: Wanted Dead or Alive: $ 4,800,924,000] who was known for his massive fleet, considered the biggest , and his role in the Edd war as the captain of the Golden Lion pirates who clashed with the Roger pirates lead by Gol.D Roger, the king of the pirates. 

[ " Hunger Advent" Charlotte Linlin: Wanted Dead or Alive: $ 4,600,600,217] who was known for beauty and her vast amount of territories that fell under her sphere of influence through some questionable methods. She was also infamous for her strength and for stalling Shiki and Kaido in their clashes for territory. Captain of the Hunger pirates.

["Advent of the Beasts" Kaido: Wanted Dead or Alive: $4,004,600,000] who was infamous for his fast rise in infamy as he crushed  both strong and weak upcoming pirates before he assimilated them in his crew which kept growing in size to the point the world government now had to send a fleet consisting of commodores, lieutenants, captains, rear admirals, two newly promoted vice admirals and a admiral to try to reduce that number. He was also known for defeating and almost killing the previous yonko before him. Captain of the Beast pirates.

So while the marines,world government and other influential figures like the current underworld rulers had cautious and even slight hostile reactions, the current top/strong pirates,Whitebeard,Shiki,Linlin and Kaido, reacted with similar but different manners.
