28 New Opp Incoming

Shanks Pov:  I turned my attention to the watching observer's presence once more.Its general outline presented the figure of a man who wore a large coat that had something written on the back of it. The information slowly started to help me build a picture as I looked at the tree's general direction. I then spoke after a moment in a voice loud enough to echo throughout the area, "Are you just going to observe above that tree hoping I don't sense you or ,what marine?". The figure dropped off the tree and landed on the ground near me. I took that moment to take in the figure's observable features . The figure was tall standing at 8 feet tall. He wore a large white coat while sporting a black suit with black pants and white shoes. He had on yellow glasses and sported a lazy expression that gave off the impression of giving zero fucks. The moment I saw that lazy expression,my first thought was 'Kizaru', as a frown made its way on my face. While not an opponent I was afraid of facing, his devil fruit made him a troublesome opponent to dispose of permanently as it provided enough speed to escape in almost any situation. And while we didn't have any personal beef or anything like that, I'm the type of person to make sure my opponents stay dead after the first fight if I can help it. I looked at him as he was also observing me.Although he didn't outwardly show it, he was wary after likely watching perform that last technique. While he wasn't wearing an admiral's cloak , that didn't mean anything to me as he was strong regardless. I spoke after a few tense seconds as I asked in a curious tone," And what exactly is a vice admiral doing in this part of the new world?" He just shrugged in response before also asking," And what's a pirate of your caliber doing in this part of the new world? You don't look like a rookie even though you too seem young to be a infamous pirate." My response was swift as I shrugged before I said," Can't judge a book by its cover these days is my advice to you vice admiral. As for what I'm doing in this part of the new world, I'm just on a hunt, a peaceful hunt if you will. I hope you don't mind ,clashing with the navy is not on my agenda anytime soon you know." He just waved his hand in a lazy manner before he then said in a serious tone uncharacteristic ," Normally I wouldn't mind, but you see, the pirate you just killed was also my target as I also happened to be on a little hunt of my own. Which puts us both in an awkward position I'm sure you would like to avoid, or so you say. But you see , even if sensing emotions is not my specialty, your intent to battle is practically leaking." I let a grin I had been desperately holding back creep to my face as the vice admiral finished speaking and a light beam was headed towards me the next instant. My response was swift i said, " Say no more", as i imbued my saber with emission and swung the light beam to the side before i used flash step to escape from in incoming light powered kick that would definitely hurt. I appeared above Kizaru in a swinging motion as i held my saber with both hands and imbued a tremendous amount of armament haki in it before i swung while shouting,[Jade sovereign] and a large wind slash blitzed its way to aiming at slicing Kizaru's head clean off. I sensed him turning into light and avoiding the attack at the last second as my observation haki flared a second later and I used Geppo to jump higher into the air in time to avoid two large light beams that came from the vice admiral's hands. I released twenty slashes in a second after dodging the light beams and kizaru flashed around them while dodging them without much effort on his part. I took a stance as I shouted for the second time while releasing a red wind slash,[ Sovereign departure] that forced the admiral to flash to the ground in order to avoid any damage. I watched his expression change from its initial lazy one as put both hands out and formed a light sword before flashing towards me at ludacris speeds. I imbued my saber with Ryou as we clashed mid air which resulted in a small shock wave that was quickly dispersed as we both clashed repeatedly while falling towards the ground.  The vice admiral seemed to have some skill in using the sword and observation haki with a good amount of strength  as he kept up with my speed ,armament and strength with little to no problem. His reaction time was on point as he kept dodging my attacks whenever it looked like he had a slight opening. I dodged to the left in surprise as the sword he was using suddenly transformed into a large spear that he charged with more light, for more destructive ability, before he threw it at me at high speeds. He appeared to my left trying to kick with a light powered kick which I avoided by flashing stepping to right before I released a wind slash coated in emission that created a huge wind blast. The vice admiral avoided the attack by turning into light as he appeared 30 meters away from me.The moment he landed he turned into light a second later as appeared above him already in a cutting motion as i shouted,[Hazy Red Moon] as a blasted a huge red wind slash that enveloped and tore apart the ground the vice admiral was previously standing on. I looked at where light was gathering with a small grin as I silently muttered," Finally, worthy of an opponent".
