Raquel looked at him coldly. 'In the end, he just wants to distance yourself from us again.' She thought, and the excitement from before vanished, she didn't care anymore.

"We're going," Maria said again, she was smiling but it didn't reach her eyes. Her words didn't allow rebuke.

But Jefferson frowned, his face went stern and he looked in her eyes. the room went cold. "You can't, there's no reason to. I won't allow it." His voice was curt and stern.

Maria tilted her head.

"Did you just tried to command me? am I a soldier? A Maid? Your wife!?"

Jefferson flinched. His demeanor was gone. He looked at Raquel. She had the most to lose here. To his dismay, she was writing her resignation letter on the cellphone already.

Then she whispered, "Sarah's going there too." Raquel squinted.

Maria turned to the stairway "And you sweety? If you want to stay and commute to school there's no problem whatsoever"

Bella jumped "No! I want to move too!"

Maria looked at him with a grin. Deep in her mind, she was already calculating. Sarah told her everything until now, even the fact that he was given a list of jobs form the supreme commander himself. She didn't like that, not one bit. It was a trap, they wanted to use her boy. Maria looked to the sky out of the window. Her eyes squinted remembering her Late Husband's and words. 'If you weren't so bent on helping and teaching you'd be an excellent politician.'

She smiled 'I have to do it now Paulo, I'll find the guilty for your death, And..." She looked on at Jefferson Being suffocated with hundreds of questions per minute by Bella. "Protect this Airheaded boy."

Jefferson looked at each one of them. His shoulders felt pleasantly heavier. He didn't think he'd feel like this.

He smiled and sent a message for Reis [I want another home for my family two floors and four bedrooms with security.]

He took out the red crystal and fiddled with it. Suddenly the energy Léo left behind act. He felt, that in the corner of the crystal was a removable piece. He smirked. 'So this was it...You left me some gifts too'

He looked at the blonde trio. "Give me your crystals for a second."

His serious voice cut the mood. But his eyes were too stern to joke around. He could lie, but more lies won't be good, but he can't tell the truth either.

"What I'll do now, you cannot tell anyone." He said and looked especially at Bella, She nodded obediently

He took all of their red crystals and plucked out the part Léo's essence signaled.

There were obvious questions on their faces.

"I can't, and won't, tell you the why or how. Can I count on you to not tell anybody? "

Maria looked at him, she blinked a few times and laughed."What a brute. Fine. I won't ask questions."

Jefferson smiled and threw them a bank card "I need to go out, I'll be back tomorrow. go about arranging your stuff. if you don't want anything here, you can just buy it anew there are about 20 thousand reais(5,500USD) there."

Walking outside, Jefferson reached for his phone to call an uber. Then he saw the Moto with the police written on the side. He caressed the small cut on his cheek and grinned.

As he went out Bella went to her room to look for P1's images.

Alone on the couch, Maria smiled at Raquel. "My girl got some action huh~?" She dragged the 'h' with a grin.

Closing her eyes Raquel got up, completely ignoring Maria's nonsense "I'll grab a beer."

Raquel's eyes snapped open. She bolted outside.

Jefferson, mounted on a bulky Police moto, saw Raquel from the mirror and twisted the handle strongly. Speeding away with a smirk.

Gnashing her teeth Raquel took out her pistol and fired away.

"MOTHERFUCKERRR!!!!" *pow* *pow* *pow*

"Breathe fire on him girl!" Maria laughed and screamed from the window

Late in the night, Jefferson entered a bar. Walked directly to the counter and ordered a bottle of beer.
