Chapter 17 - Old man, Are You a Pedophile?

"In my middle school, I have only one friend that knew about this place. I don't know about the reason why she did this, but I'm pretty sure that it was her." Elena said with gloom.

"I should find her. You don't have to be worried. Daddy will make sure that she knew her place, okay?"

Axel then coughed a couple of times and reminded his father to get to the main point. "So, what is going on with this boy?" Lucas asked Elena with a dejected face.

"What?" Elena was shocked. She thought that they would forget the thing about 'a boy'. "What boy? Haha... It must be a typo or false report."

"You are lying," Axel replied.

'Is this the end?', she thought to herself.

"You better don't lie to us or you will have to come home with us this time."

Elena's shoulders slumped as if she couldn't dodge it anymore and she spilled it. She said while blushing, "I... I like someone."

While Elena dived into her feelings for Dave, the two guys in front of her were drowning in sorrow. They had the same thought, 'Ah... I miss the young Elena.'

Lucas as her father decided to be a wise person and respected her daughter's feelings, so he asked, "Who is the fucke— Ah no. I mean, who is it?"

'I knew you would say that, daddy.' Elena said to herself. (TN: it was 'the f*ckers', guys hehe...)

"His name is Davian Helsinki."

"Davian Helsinki..." Axel said while gave her an evil smirk. "I would never forget this name."

Knowing what Axel would do, she immediately threatened him. "Brother, if you hurt him you should know that I would never call you brother again!"

Axel retrieved his smirk and gave her a warm smile, "Of course, I would never do that. You don't have to be worried."

Lucas then asked her again, "So, where did you two meet?"

Elena gave him an alluring smile and replied, "It is a secret. Hehehe..."

The corner of Lucas and Axel's lips twitched after they heard her answer.

"Then, I will go back to my room first." Elena retreated herself and went inside her room, leaving the general and the knight alone.

"Dad, you think the same as I do, right?" Axel smirked.

"Of course."

"We should kill him as soon as possible."

"Don't! Torture him first."

"Hahaha... How can I forget about that? You are right, dad. How can he die so easily like that?"

And the rest of the day was spent by these two men plotting bad things that would only happen in their minds.

The next day came unexpectedly as usual. Elena woke up and had breakfast with Lucas and Axel. Axel also still drove her to the school. Now, she suddenly felt stupid.

"You know what, brother?"

"Hmm?"

"I felt stupid for no reason because I hid the fact that I want to come in here because of Dave."

The corner of Axel's eyes twitched and with a forced smile, Axel said, "Why do you think so?"

"Because you guys would definitely love me and that also mean you guys will respect my decision since it's also my life."

Axel pulled over the car and looked at his sister with a wave of slight anger.

"Aww! Brother, what happened?"

"You can't say that, you hear me? Your life is also our life. You are the only sister we had. If you say it like that, it feels like you don't consider us as your family."

She thought that something happened that made him to pull over, but it was because of this?

Elena laughed as hard as she could.

"Is there anything funny?" Axel asked in annoyance.

"Stupid brother. You think too much." Elena pinched her brother's cheek and gave him a reply. "No matter what, Dave could never beat you guys in my heart. You guys are the only family I have and the best also. Hehehe..."

Hearing what she said, Axel's mood immediately lightened up and he smiled from ear to ear.

"Haha... Of course. How could a stranger beat your family, right? Good, good. Since I'm happy right now, I give you pocket money later."

"Really? You are the best, brother!"

By the end of the conversation, Elena breathed a sigh of relief. Thank god that the sweet words worked nicely on them. Now, she could guarantee that her family won't lay a hand on Dave, at least not right now. And what a lucky day she had, she also got additional pocket money!

The car slowly enter the schoolyard and stopped at the lobby. "Wait here," Axel said seriously. She thought that it would be another scold about Dave, but surprisingly, he said that so he could open her car door.

"What a lovely thing you do in the morning." Elena praised him. How she could be so lucky to have this man as her brother?

"You are too kind, princess. Now, go inside and study hard!"

Before Axel could kiss the back of her hands, something pushed him back. Because of the sudden push, Axel could hardly maintain his balance and fell on his back.

"What the heck do you think you do?" Axel angrily asked the one who pushed him. It was from a boy with black hair and black eyes.

Instead of answering, the boy quickly looked at the girl beside him and asked her, "Elena, are you okay?"

Elena, as the one who was being asked, stunned in her place. This is a disaster. A worse one.

"As I thought, you are not fine."

Since he couldn't get an answer from her, it must be because of the man in front of him. Dave glared at the man in front of him and asked, "Old man, are you a pedophile?"
