16 Chapter 16 - Daddy will Avenge You
When the school ended, Dave quickly went to Elena's class but he didn't see her. He stopped some girls to ask about her whereabouts, "Hey, did you see Elena?"
"Elena? Hmm... I think she already went home a minute ago."
"Okay, thanks."
By the end of his walk to the lobby, he saw her figure. She was looking at her phone. When he tried to get close to her, a car horn was heard and a luxurious sport car appeared in front of her.
"Baby girl, I miss you!" A handsome man walked out of the car and embraced Elena tightly.
When he saw that sight, his body trembled. He unconsciously clenched his fist, tight enough to make his palm bleed.
What was this uncomfortable feeling? He felt like something had just pierced his heart. If someone could saw his heart, maybe they would see a bleeding heart. He didn't like anyone get close to Elena and that man even hugged her.
His body felt numb and for a second his hearing turned deaf. After that, Elena was already gone.
He stood still in his place for a couple of minutes until Jayden smacked his shoulder. "What? I think you already went home and you are still here?"
Without replying to Jayden's question, he walked away. "Hmm? What is wrong with our little prince now?"
Soon, his family's car appeared in his school lobby and he went inside. Realizing the cold air in the car, the driver knew something was off with his Young Master. So, he was afraid to make a single mistake. The air was so awkward and uncomfortable, but it didn't disturb Blade.
"Young Master, how's your day today?" Blade asked him. This made the driver's body trembled. He expected that Blade would be done forever, but the man behind him actually answered it.
"So-so." The driver sighed out of relief.
Dave couldn't care enough about what the people around him think or do, because now, his mind completely full of Elena Heath.
Was she really in a relationship? She was a playgirl? She was a whore?
No way that could happen. Even though they only met for a couple of days, he could know that Elena was a good girl. She never showed him a side of her like in the rumor that was spread around.
Somehow, he trusted her completely. Even if Elena asked him about the confidential information about Helsi Company, he willingly would give it.
Called him stupid or anything, he didn't care. What he cared only Elena. If Elena was happy, then he was happy. If she was sad, then he must make her sadness gone.
But, what if she already had a boyfriend? Not one but many of them?
"I don't care! I will just come in between them and make her mine! She can only be with me." Dave muttered to himself. After he had that resolution, his mood was brighter than the sun.
Meanwhile, inside the villa located in Sunny Village, Elena was in a dangerous situation. Every time she went home, her dad always embraced her, and her brother also always pampered her. But, what happened?
When Axel picked her up, he acted like usual. But, after she went inside the car, Axel turned into a mute.
This was the sign that he always showed every time he went mad. She thought that maybe he just went into trouble. But then, when she went inside her villa, the air in the villa was cold as hell.
She even thought that winter was coming, but on the outside, the sun still so bright. What was going on?
"Eum... Daddy, I'm home." Elena greeted Lucas as usual, but not as excited as usual since she was so afraid to disturb her father.
Yet, this act of his daughter made him think that the report he saw was real.
His heart was aching, imagining how sad she was to be an outcast and being bullied by the whole school. How dare these people to hurt his princess? Even Lucas never dare to made her sad!
Without replying, Lucas embraced his daughter and rubbed her back. "It is okay, honey! Daddy will avenge you. I won't let anyone make you feel like this again, okay?"
Hearing what her dad say, she was stunned and confused. Did something happen?
"Eum... Dad, what do you mean?"
"You don't have any reason to stay in that lousy school. I can't bear that you have to be an outcast."
"Outcast? What do you mean? I have some friends you know."
Before Lucas could reply, Axel came between them and gave her the report from before.
"This..." Elena bit her lips nervously.
"I can't believe that you went far enough from your family just to get a bully." Axel's cold voice sounded so familiar.
She already heard this tone before. It was when she was ten years old. Their enemy in business successfully kidnapped her.
She was told from a young age that she couldn't take anything that a stranger offer to her, whether it was a candy or an ice cream. But on that day, she forgot about it and took candy from the kidnapper.
Thankfully, she was rescued by her family safely. After that night, Axel scolded her with the same tone as right now. She felt guilty, but she couldn't do anything because it was her heart that made her do that.
"I'm fine, brother. Don't worry about me. Actually, I know who's behind all of this rumors about me."
Axel and Lucas widened their eyes unbelievably. Axel then replied, "Who is it?
