Under the Stars

Aliana had a dreamy smile on her lips while getting ready for dinner. Her hair was styled in a long fishtail braid with jeweled pins scattered throughout and a simple silver tiara with deep purple amethysts and diamonds set in it.

She wanted to wear one of the dresses she brought that night. It was a deep royal purple with jewels beaded on the bodice and the skirt had a few light layers that were breezy. The dress was strapless and had small gauzy arm sleeves that slid up her arms and came down to about her wrists.

Her cheeks were already rosy, so Edith only put a light pink color on her lips and some rice powder. Aliana was in a daze when she heard a knock on the door. Janie opened the door to reveal Lucien holding a small box. He was wearing a black suit with a dark purple sash over it, when he saw Aliana wearing deep purple as well he laughed.

"Princess, I didn't know you wanted to match," Lucien grinned.
