2,000 Years!

Lucy's POV

"Natsu! Natsu! Please! Please wake up!" I shouted at the top of my lungs. "You can't go! You can't die!" I started panicking and looked around for anything, anything at all that can save him. I removed the scarf from my ankle and rolled it up, laying it on the ground. I laid Natsu's head on it and crawled across the ground. I've been practicing a spell, it can transport anyone to the healing lands. A land where a person either dead or on the brink of death back to life. Sadly someone whose been dead longer than 1 day can't be brought back. I have to hurry.

"Looks like your little friend didn't make it huh?" I looked around and spotted a figure, when whoever it was walked closer to me. I got a good look of their face "Mardgeer..." I mumbled under my breath. "The one and only." he replied grabbing my chin, I jerked away and scooted back. "Stay away from me! You Bastard!" I shouted. I have to teleport us quickly! I took a deep breath and stood up, I winced in pain as I sprinted over to Natsu's body, falling forward just a couple feet away from him.

"Lucy why do you try so hard? It's time for you to reunite with your Father." Mardgeer said, with a smirk spreading across his face. I suddenly felt a stabbing pain in my thigh and yelled out in pain. I bit my lip to focus the pain there as I grabbed Natsu's hand.

"Stars, high above. Guide these two bodies to the Land of Healing.  So that these two souls can live stronger, Heal our wounds that have injured our bodies in The Healing Lands. So that we may breathe longer!" Both me and Natsu's bodies started to glow and my sight started to blur, all I could hear was Mardgeer shouting in anger as my eyes closed shut and my body went numb.

I opened my eyes to find myself in a field of grass. I sat up confused at first, but then all the events that have happened poured back into my memory. I looked around for a certain someone, but he was nowhere in sight. "Natsu!" I shouted, no answer. Maybe he woke up before me...or we were teleported to different areas. There is a side affect to being healed here but I don't remember what it was. I feel fine though. I started walking around the field in hopes of finding Natsu.

Once I reached the end of the field, I spotted a gate. It looked old, I opened it slowly and looked both ways before walking out "Natsu." I whispered. Still No answer. I walked through the gate and made my way down the stone path in front of me. Once the trees started to clear, I recognised the area I was in. Magnolia Mountain! I ran to the edge and stopped in shock. There were Dragon like soldiers walking around the village taking any human in sight hostage, everything looks different. How long was I sleeping!?

Once I got to the bottom of the mountain, I climbed through a window into one of the houses. There was a hook with a black cloak on it, I grabbed it and put it over my body and hair. I can't let anyone see me...for all I know they can turn me in to Mardgeer. I walked out the house, quietly and swiftly made my way through the village. I hid behind a wall, as 5 dragon soldiers walked past, I took a couple steps back and felt a cold hand wrap around my waist "Don't. Move." a voice said. I froze in place and everything around me went black.

I opened my eyes to find myself in a tent, I sat up and saw a boy standing next to me. He was shirtless and had raven hair. "Your lucky I found you, if you stayed there any longer those MD soldiers would've found you." he said, "What are MD soldiers?" I asked. He looked at me in shock, "What have you been living in? A hole." I stood up and realized my cloak was still on and my hair was covered He doesn't know who I am! I thought. I took off my hood and he looked at me awkwardly "Nice hair." I looked at him confused Everything looks different! But why? "Wait what year is it?" I asked, "Uh it's year 789." I stood there in shock I've been sleeping for 2,000 years! "Anyways are you with Mardgeer or are you with FT resistance?" I sat down on the bed How is Mardgeer still alive!? And what's the FT resistance!? "Um if you don't mind me asking what's the FT resistance?"

He sat down in a chair, "You know what you clearly know nothing so let me break it down for you. Mardgeer is the King of Hell and the King of Magnolia. He's taken over the whole village, Killed King Jude Heartfilia and the Princess Lucy Heartfilia, 2,000 years ago and is planning to take over the whole world. MD Soldiers stand for Mardgeer's Dragon Soldiers, FT resistance stands for Fairy Tail Resistance. Our Leader is Natsu Dragneel. If you're not with Mardgeer, then you should team up with us. My name is Gray Fullbuster by the way."

Natsu! Natsu Dragneel! And Mardgeer told everyone I'm dead! I should probably keep my identity hidden until I see Natsu! "Nice to meet you Gray. I'll definelty join! My name is Luc...My name is Luce." I replied. He smiled and stood up "Well then Luce, we should head to FT base, where it's safer." he put his hand out in front of me and I put my hand in his as I stood up.
