4 Robbers! (Part 2)

"Everyone! Jenny is here!" An old man shouted. All of the people came down from their tree houses covered with the tree branches. The ladders are hidden too. If someone is going down, that's only the time they will bring it down.

They are the people from the Kingdom of Ervore. Their King Mordou is a wicked King. He will steal woman from their home and rape them. He will force children to train and send to war. He will kill the old ones in front of his people because they are enlarging the population and lessen the ration. He party every night. Get drunk and rape women in front of his guards. "These people are mine! Hahahahaha Go grab yourself a price my loyal men!"

Some would. The high positioned gueards would. But the others won't. They can't. Those are the people they supposed to be protecting.

Jenny is the daughter of the King. She hate his father so much. She witnessed him kill her mother. She can still remember that night.

Jenny can't sleep so she went to her mother's room. But in the hallway of the castle outside her mother's bedroom. She heard her parents arguing. They were shouting.

"I can't do this anymore Mordou! We will leave the palace tomorrow morning! You can do whatever you want woth yourlife! Isn't that what you want??!

"Oh no you will not go anywhere Eudora! You are mine! Your daughter is mine!"

"Leave the poor child alone you pervert! Leave all the women in your kingdom alone!"

"They are mine!! You are all mine!! You are at my kingdom! I am your king!" Her Father's big hands are choking her mother's neck. Her mother was crying but the stiffness on her face is still there.

"None of us is your property! When you're not kIng anymore, you will rot in the dungeon until the worms devour your body!"

From that words, her father hit the Queen so hard she fell on the floor.

"Mother!" She shouted from the door. King Mordou looked at her. His face was very angry.

"Run!"

SLLIICKK!!!!

Her mother's throat was cut from her father's sword.

Jenny closed her eyes when she remembered the sound of the sword cutting her mother's neck. She ran away from the palace. She hid at the horse stable for days. And the guards were looking for her. They've searched very houses. Tortured people. She ate horse's food for days. It's apple anyway.

Then she made up her mind. One day she was tired from hiding. She went to the gate and knocked down the guards holding it. It was a very huge gate and there's a pulley holding it. There were two guards at the pulley station waiting for orders to pull up the gate. She sneaked up there. With stones in her hands.

"Chaak!" On guard down.

"What the.." The other guard was shocked. "Princess?"

"I am sorry mister. I need to go away. The King is so angry. He's gonna rape and torture me. He killed my mother. He will kill me too. Please. Please mister"

She was crying. She was afraid. She was mourning. She lost her mother. Her home. People were tortured because of her.

The guard felt so bad. Everyone knew how wicked their King is. Then an idea came up.

"Listen to me young lady. We'll escape. But I will gather people who wants to escape with us."

"Really?" She is still crying. She's wiping her tears.

"You wait here. Uhm. Here. Grab something to eat. I'll just tie him up and you handle him while I'm gone yes?"

"O-Okay"

She grab the food from the table. First time in days that she eat something good. Apple was good. But Chicken and Fish were better. She is looking at the tied guard. He's waking up!

"Princess? What.. " He is trying to loosen the ropes.

"Hi. I'm sorry. But we are trying to escape the Palace. Please stay still. I don't want to hurt you." She's almost finished with her meal. "Again." She smiled. She's so full. It's so good.

"Escape?" The Guard is a high positioned guard. He's not with them. She knows that from his badge. And his uniform. The other one is a new one.

The other guard returned. He saw his comrade awake. So He knocked him down again. Two times. He's mad at him secretly. He keeps on talikng and talking nonsense everyday. "The King threw a feast last night. I am friends with the King. I am very good at war. We won the war and the king thank us." Words like that everyday makes him .. "Oh please give me one day. Just one day to kick his ass" Opportunity comes only once you know.

"I gathered some people. Maybe a hundred or two. I didn't really count them. I am lucky they are having a secret meeting against the King. They will come with us."

"So how are we going to escape sir?"

They planned to escape at dawn. A perfect opportunity. All the guards were drunk and deep asleep. People were tired and wouldn't bother to wake up from any noise.

The dawn came and the escpae plan began. They were lucky it was a careless palace. No one cares of everything. Even the King. They escaped the Palace so easy. They recruited a few more people while running away. And the Emerald Forest is a very good place. They don't care about the folklore or the beast or the witches. They wanted a place that is safe and hard to find. The forest is perfect.
