98 Starting Afresh

If it were someone else, he probably would have been very mad at being kept waiting for so long, but since it was Bella, all he felt was excitement. It felt more like he was anticipating something exciting, and the thought of it was making him very happy. He couldn't wait to see her in broad daylight and look into her face. He wanted to see if he would feel that spark of recognition again. He wanted to see how she looked like dressed as a lady again. 

His heart skipped a beat when the door opened, and two young ladies stepped out of the house. He watched them as they approached the car. One of them was Joan, and he didn't need anyone to tell him the other person was Isabella.
