"I want… a grand welcome party for me," said Alfred. He was at Zhao Wangling's office on a Monday morning, demanding a special welcome for his partnership. 

"A welcome - welcome party," repeated Zhao Wangling. It wasn't enough that she paid over six million dollars in fees to the government and another million to have her business return to its normal operation. She now had to throw Alfred Lu a glorious celebration. 

"Yes, and… I want it this Saturday," requested Alfred. He knew well that Wangling planned for Samantha to be taken on that day and thought it would be the best day to keep her busy, at the same time, surprise her during the party. 

"I want all the media invited and of course, everyone in the real estate industry to come. I'll take care of the invitations, you take care of the venue and of course the expenses," said Alfred with a pleasing smile.
