"So, when am I going to meet this… Samantha?" Andrea asked. She came to Alfred's office in the middle of the afternoon, hoping to catch him in the act, maybe sneaking in this so-called... Samantha. To her dismay, her son was busy working. 

Alfred rolled his eyes. He chuckled and said, "Mom… Please… I know you are eager for me to prove that I have a healthy erection, but I am still getting to know Samantha. Like I told you at the lake house, I don't know where this is going, but all I want right now is to help her."

Unsatisfied, she said, "But… you… like her… right?"

Andrea's brow raised while her mouth twitched. At the lake house, she was merely given a vague answer. 

Alfred cleared his throat, but while thinking of how to answer his mother, he felt his cheeks burn. He said, "She - she is cute."

"How cute?" Andrea eagerly asked. "Is she small, pretty? Is his face like mine?"
