Adept - Aura condensed into a gas. Can use telepathy

Expert - Aura condensed into a liquid. Longer life and Eternal Youth

Master - Aura condensed into a crystal in the heart. Eternal life

Grand Master - Soul fused with the crystal. Can make others Aura Masters (both people and pokemon)
