I looked at the night sky. The argent stars and the full moon. The nights were beautiful in this world with millions of stars forming various constellations. There was no need for any lamp or light since the night was illuminated by the heavenly bodies. Once I saw a shooting star and I prayed to be released from this world but the wish was unfulfilled.
I hurriedly draped the thin piece of cloth over my body covering my belly. Usually, Nayasa would scold me for such an action however today she was silent. She did not speak a single word while clutching my arm.
My owner was powerful
After looking for some while we saw him. He had masquerade mask decorated with cold and silver. Standing in front of a black carriage with no insignia, he maintained utmost secrecy of his identity. He waved at us and called out to Nayasa.
'Take care' It was the first time in a while that I heard these words. I had already lost all hope and thought of my body as nothing but a vessel for my broken soul. I did not understand her ambiguous words. Whether she said to take care of my physical state or mental since Nayasa was the one to destroy both of them.
