"Ten billion will go to the creation of a new Energy Grid on K'tus, Four Billion will go to the creation of a new power grid on Naston, Five Billion will go to the beginnings of a new Health system on K'tus and Naston respectively, while 20 billion will go to the creation of Two new Naval Officers Academies on K'tus and Naston, Another 20 billion will go to the creation of Two new Army Officers Academies on K'tus and Naston, and Five Billion will go to the beginnings of new civilian educational centers on K'tus".

"On to our next topic, The currency that was being used in the Stigquit planets was the Bluwpee credit, with economies similar to ours, beginning today the exchange rate for our Stryminat will be for every two Bluwpee one Stryminat, and the Bluwpee will be declared Valueless and will not be accepted for tax, nor will it be recognized as anything other than worthless".

"To accommodate this increase in not only population but goods produced, 250 billion more Stryminat will be printed every year and for two years an extra 500 billion Stryminat will be printed, these extra prints will go exclusively to K'tus and Naston".

"And finally we are at the final planned subject of this court, With the addition of Two new planets and a possible addition of Five more in the Caesseian systems more governors must be selected" Aleister once again began to talk after a minute of silence, in this silence most of the people in the room were taking personalized notes. In every court session, all of the words from every single person are recorded into a note package, of course, these are filled with unnecessary material therefore it's more common for people to take notes on what actually matters or affects them.

For Three years One thousand people will be admitted to the academy after which it will be Bi-Yearly with one thousand admittees, on their Fifth year of education they shall be placed on a planet with oversight, there they will be graded on their efficiency in administering the planet, or the planet's security".

"With 500 Military Governors and 500 Administrative Governors, after Five Years of daily education we will have an administrative base that will be strong and extensive and with the oversaturation of officials after their small time in the academy they can be placed on a planet for additional and more personal mentoring".

"Another hope is that with the importance of being a governor that the academy brings in people from across the entire kingdom, with this admission requests will be through the roof meaning a selection process must be implemented. This selection process will be on the skill, intelligence, and Talent of each admitee, via tests. any person no matter their social or economic status will be treated completely equal and merit-based, any break of this rule will be treated with the same seriousness as a capital offense meaning death; this means that the person that admitted them and the person that unfairly got admitted will be executed, regardless of their status".

"Your Majesty! Are you suggesting that even the Royal Family must be equal to the dregs of society?" Braeden Godfrey rudely stood up and started talking.

"Are you suggesting that the royal family will be striving for the position of a mere governor? If so I can place you on the list for testing" Aleister lightly laughed "Of course not your majesty" Braeden gritted while shaken a little, sitting down with a huff, and quickly shutting up.

"Now that the problem of a lack of governors is fixed, we must now deal with the policing of the K'tus and Naston. For one week the newly acquired planets have been occupied militarily, this can not continue considering military occupation creates spite and hate, not only is this not acceptable but it's very expensive. Therefore, twenty million Stigquits will be hired into a policing role, focusing on small and medium crime. Their training and equipment should be adequate but not on the level of giving any challenge if they were to decide to.. Rebel" he said while looking at the section of people who are the most disloyal of the entire court.
