The Party

After our conversation, Lu Ching said with an exhausted face, " I'm tired, I will be leaving first to go to bed." Her brother nodded with understanding, " I'll be right behind you. I'm exhausted as well." As they walked upstairs, Lu Ting said, " oh, I almost forgot to tell you!! The Jing family sent us an invitation to a party tomorrow night. Will you come with me?" After thinking for a moment, Lu Ching said, " sure. I'll come." After hearing this, a smile started on Lu Ting's face. As his sister looked at him, she wondered what he was smiling at. She decided not to ask, as she was too tired to worry about it. As she was lying down, she thought about the collision she had earlier today. Jing Shone was such a handsome man, she couldn't help but smile when she thought about him. After over thinking what happened, she fell asleep.

The next morning, Jing Shone woke to the thought that he would be seeing the Lu's that night. He couldn't wait to see Lu Ching the most. After he got dressed, he went downstairs to the dinning hall. After eating a breakfast of scrambled eggs and potatoes with avocado and sour cream on the side, he went to work. All his assistants gave him weird looks the entire day. As Jing Shone thought about this, he said to himself, " Do I really look that sidetracked?"

When the clock reached 5:30, Lu Ching and Lu Ting got ready as fast as they could to make it to the party by 6:00. As Lu Ting only had to shower, style his hair, and dress in a suit and tie, Lu Ching had to shower, reapply her makeup, and style her hair into pretty curls, AND find a nice dress, she was the one running them late. After finding a red dress, she put it on, and seeing as how it had a slight scoop neck, had to apply makeup to her collar bones. After that, she found a nice pair of heels that matched her dress. With Lu Ting hurrying her to the door, she only had time to french braid her hair so that the bottom was out of a braid. They both got to the door at 6:15. After being welcomed in, they found that everyone started to line up. Seeing this, Lu Ching knew that Jing Shone was on his way in. As he entered, Lu Ching couldn't help but look at him with admiration. With his cold, expressionless-looking eyes, staring straight ahead of him, she couldn't help but think about how handsome he was. With his black tuxedo with a blue-black tie to his perfectly ruffed hair, he looked impeccable. As Lu Ching looked at him, she suddenly realized that Jing Shone was looking at her with a slightly shockingly-adored expression on his face. Only she could see it, and it gave her chills.
