6 4...

"C'mon, this way", Anna Marie redirected another student out of the hall as more creatures secluded the school premises.

Although she had her eyes searching for a certain jock who was yay big, with an ego yaaaaaaaay big.

If she hasn't broken enough of her parents rules already...

She caught sight of a certain Italian friend of hers who had a semi worried look on his face.

"Nathaniel", she engulfed her friend in a hug, which he returned.

"I was getting worried, where's Kai?", she asked on releasing from the hug.

"Busy"

"She had me come by to make sure you were okay", he added as he pulled her on defense to duck a fire breathing demon who was in dire need of a mint.

Absent mindedly, Anna shifts her gazes from demons in search of her long lost friend.

"Any sign of him?", Nathan asked already knowing who she might be looking for.

"Not yet".

"Tried any doors lately", he joked, earning a massive scoff then eye roll from his friend.

"Ha ha very funny", she deadpanned.

"I'm serious Nathan, Tyler could be hurt", she said her voice filled with worry.

He stiffens at her response before letting out a sigh

"C'mon"

_______________

As the bright light dimmed, the horrid shrieks of the demons increased.

Kai sprinted, avoiding the blinded demons as she mixed with the running crowd then made a quick detour into a small alley way not so far from the school.

Ensuring the coast was clear, she leaned on the walls of the alley trying her hardest to catch her breathe from the panting.

The discouraging words of precaution filled her ears as she steadied herself for the next phase of her plan.

It stated, Leveling the playing field.

Taking deep breaths, she felt the power take over as a massive vast of fire surrounded her as the transformation took place.

The once green sweater with a black jean attire was replaced with dull red thick armored dragon skin. Claws adorned her pale fingers with her grey stare becoming a synthetic serpent glare.

With a loud roar, the large wing like structure uncovered her full form.

A half human, half dragon creature.

The new chosen and mankind's draganoid...

......

The mighty roar from the creature echoed on the streets. The attention of anyone who might have heard was gotten for sure.

The destroyer scoffed at its bellow as she paid more attenton to her sister.

"She's taken her true form"

"Makes things a lot more interesting", the younger dominator chuckled as she watched their devoted slaves at work.

Lena tutted at her sister's forwardness and insignificant ignorance. Always way ahead of herself...

Took after their creator.

"What's our next form of attack Mona?", she finally asked.

"We lure her out to the open"

"it would help in bringing her guard down, with all this worthless humans in the way", she explained.

"But first, we get her attention"

Moving to higher altitude, Mona prepared her attack. Fixating the dark tendrils which formed between her perfectly manicured fingers, she concentrated her magic into one big vast blast.

"We can start of with these ones"

The energy blast was forced out of her hand heading towards civilians who apparently have lost their sense of movement.

Most who regained there's, weren't all that sure were to run to, those who hasn't starred intensely at the dark energy blast, awaiting its impact.

Removing their hands from their currently covered faces, they caught sight of a majestic creature who stood tall above them with its wings used as shields for protection.

Retracting its wings, its lets out another loud roar.

"Too easy", Mona hissed as she readied another attack.

Taking to the skies, the mankind's protector gained more advantage as it began shooting massive fire storms from its mouth onto the demon threat.

The destroyers gasped as they saw their army decay into specks of dust.

"No!!!", Lena shrieked as the dust reminants joined the winds in its not so peaceful flow.

Mona lets out a distasteful growl, as she saw the draganoid do more damage to their fleet.

"What now?", Lena asked as she recreated her magic between her hands to enhance the magic of the dimensional circle. Loud growls could be heard as more of the night predators crawled out.

"We end this", her sister offered.

The protector was wide eyed shocked when it sighted more demon creatures.

About to let out another strong attack, a massive sting stabbed at its chest. Pain coursed through its being as it felt itself feel numb and weak.

An unexpected uppercut went straight on its jaw causing it to jolt backwards, another one came in an instant as it jolted further. The attacker ended it all with a two hand smack down on its head which sent it flying into a building causing that to reform into piles of rubble.

A very pissed off destroyer hovered above the pile as she saw the draganoid lie in the debre.

"You are finished".

Conjuring another blast, the draganoid instinctively turns over before it reopens its wings, as it was used to deflect the blast plus protect the people who were around it.

Groaning in frustration, the destroyer lets out multiple attacks recklessly, hoping to crack its shield.

The creature roared in pain, as it tried to hold on. At some point, it had to move a bit to protect those who were too dumb to move out of the way, or those who were too scared to try.

Assured that the humans were out of reach, it turns around, then fires a flame throw which sent her flying towards her sister thus knocking them both out of the sky with a large thud.

It regained stamina, as it took to the skies again. It readied another fire blast as the demon kind.

Haven done that, it headed for its next problem.

The death abyss that sat in the sky...

In an instant, it gets hold of both halves of the stones, on each side of the portal before forcefully putting them back together. Sending a shock wave to its surroundings.

With that, all that remained were the already burned down demon scum.

Panting profusely, it looked around. Examining the piles of debris caused from the demon's destructive nature.

Lena scoffed at how her twin sister's temper and unbaffled carelessness had led to their unmistaken defeat.

Preferably, they should fall back and regroup.

But first, a souvenir....

Lena took to the skies again as she returned to their former grounding point. She spotted the draganoid managably floating in the air as it held the small keystone in its large fist.

That, stood for regroup options...

A vast wind passed by her as she saw her sister heading for the target.

"Yield sister", she called before ahe could get any closer to the creature.

"Not until I do of waste with that beast", she growled back as she joined her sister by her side.

"No, I have a more better option", she stated.

Gaining more altitude, she redirected her power to the draganoid. On cue, the creature turns around awaiting her attack.

The blast moved with intense speed as it passed the dragon creature by a hair's breathe.

Following its impact came a crashing down building with several passers by underneath.

About to begin its protective procedure, the older destroyer flew closer to the creature before landing a strong blow on its face.

It sent it flying as she moved with intent speed, now behind the draganoid, she lands another fierce blow making it fall till it hits the ground.

The evident screams from the people echoed in her ears. Already knocked down hard, it was harder to move from her current state.

Lena flew closer to the draganoid as she retrieved the keystone.

"I'll be taking this"

She said as she took to the skies once again with her sister by her side.

"I think she landed here", Anna Marie said as her and her friend followed the trail of broken tree barks into the light woods.

Nathaniel followed with held breathe and worry in his chest.

His friend might be a live fairytale creation but that doesn't state she's immortal.

They had seen her take off before those nosey reporters could get any closer to the massive form she had taken.

By now, he was sure she was back to her small cute self.

"I hope she's okay", her bestfriend quipped as she brushed off more bush parts.

He could only hope as well.

He wasn't sure he could live with himself if anything happened to her.

Finally, they approached a small figure who supported itself with a slightly broken bark of an oak tree.

"Kai?", she called as she was sure it was her fallen friend.

The figure rose its head at the call, as a wave of relief washed over both her friends.

Immediately they ran to her, unsure about her welfare.

"I lost the stone", Kai managed to say in between flinches and groans.

"Its all good"

"C'mon, we need to get you home", Anna insisted. They both helped her on her shaky feet as they began the steady walk to the Tatsuki residence.
