5 Chapter 5

Jaiden's POV

I left the house with worry written on my face. I went down the street in my car and kept driving from about an hour when I saw lights that lit somewhere near the ocean. I went over there and saw Nico sitting down with her legs crossed. She looked like she was sleeping but with both eyes opened.

"Nico! what the hell, what are you doing here everyone's worried and you are just sitting here." I said annoyed but most of all happy I found her. It seemed like I snapped her out of a nightmare or something cause she looked relieved.

"Ouch" she muttered holding her head trying to stand up but just end up falling. I went over to where she was and carried her in a bridal style as she just cries.

Confusion was an understatement for what I felt right now.

I didn't want to ask or intrude in her life issues so I just dropped it there. I carried her to the car and fastened her seatbelt for her as she looked lifeless.

I was driving towards her house when she says "I don't want to go home Jaiden, please don't take me home" she muttered before she fell asleep.

So my house then...

I started the car and texted Eric while driving that I found her and we were not coming home but she's safe. He didn't text back so I left my phone and kept driving.

We reached my house as I just stared at her sleep, she looks so pretty. My fingers caressed her face as I moved a strand of hair in her face.

Wtf am I doing?

I sighed as I came out as came to the passenger seat side and carried her out. I took her to the guest room so she could have some rest and put an aspirin with a glass of water for the headache.

I left the room and went to my bedroom. I received a text from Eric.

'Okay thanks so much'

I kept my phone and walk over to my closet picking boxers and a black shirt to wear. I took a quick shower. I was about to go to bed when I randomly stood up and went over to the guest room. She was sleeping peacefully and looked really cute, when she sleeps. I suddenly remembered when she spilled water on me, i picked a black marker drew and wrote something on her face. I grinned seeing her face newly decorated. I sat on the chair next to her and fell asleep.

Nico's POV

I opened my eyes having a headache and about start singing when I saw Jaiden on the chair next to me and I noticed I was not in my room. I was horrified and I wanted to scream but did not want to wake him. I took the aspirin and the glass of water that was on the night stand next to the bed I was on.

I carefully stand up and entered the bathroom to arrange myself, when I saw something on my face in the mirror. I couldn't help it, I screamed that means waking Jaiden up. I saw a sketch of something that didn't even recognize, checked closer and saw by your crush Jaiden and his autograph on my face.

*My crush* Pfff...as if.

I didn't even wash it off and I jumped out of the bathroom screaming Jaiden, who I see on the bed now smirking with one of his eye opened.

"Jaiden my crush!!" referring to what he wrote on my face, "what the fuck did you write on my face and how the freaking hell did I get here" I said so sweetly and calmly.

He laughed his ass to the extent he fell off the bed and was still laughing.

"So it really this funny hahaha" i said with a bored expression on my face but his laugh was the most angelic thing I had ever heard.

He stopped and said "the look on your face is priceless and anyway you told me not to take you to your house so I brought you here instead. So will you tell me what's was wrong yesterday?"

"I don't even know, now did you notice its 11am in the morning, school day. We have missed three periods. Oh no!, my beautiful clear record is gone am dead." I said as I shook my head imagine the permanent stain on my record.

"Chill as I told you before, enjoy life. I know you have never missed out on school nerd, so you will do it today and we are going to the mall that brought us together." He said as I stared at him blankly.

I didn't know why but I did not argue at all. He stood up and left the room for me to get dressed.

His guest room is surprisingly large, it had a girls and boys session of clothes in here. It is a room not a mall. I wondered what the rest of the house would look like when I came out of the room. I washed my face and brushed my teeth with the new toothbrush there.

I got dressed singing and picking out the clothes. I went downstairs seeing Jaiden dressed up, rampaging in the fridge for some food.

He noticed me and asked "Do you want anything to eat?"

"Nope I don't eat breakfast." I said and he looked at me.

He didn't look surprised and said "that's why you are a skeleton."

"Am not a skeleton, am normal size" I argued.

"You wish" he snickered as I glared at him.

Someone entered the leaving room and I turned to see who.

"Hey twinee, morning" Jaiden said as my eyes widened. Jaiden has a twin sister.

"Morning" the model like figure said.

"Pardon me" he said as he pulled me beside him "This is Nico my friend and Nico this is my sassy annoying twin sister Bella."

"It is a pleasure meeting you" she extended her hand.

''Same here" I said and happily shook hands with her. She looked exactly like Jaiden but the girly version.

"Who's first " I said glancing at both of them.

"Me obviously" she said smiling.

"Guess what?" Jaiden said interrupting our conversation.

Talking to both of us "am hungry" he said as I rolled my eyes.

"Are you not meant to be in school what are you doing here?" Bella said giving him a pointed look. As if all three of us weren't meant to be in school.

"You too, what are you doing here" he asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I asked first, so answer me" she demanded as i chuckled at how she doesn't take shit from him. I like her already.

"Fine, am taking the day off school" he said causally.

"Well, am following dad somewhere this night so I need to pack."

"What, where and how long?"

"Like a business trip or something, he didn't tell me but for two weeks or more"

"No, who will stay with me in this huge house" he said childishly. Bella looked around and saw all the cleaners, maids and guards and then replies "they will stay with you, but I can just ask someone here that looks trustworthy."

"Nico, can you please take care of him?" I looked shocked and didn't even respond just laughed.

Jaiden screamed "yes! She will right, Nico?"

"Huh, no I won't" I said calmly.

"How old are you Jaiden that you can't take care of yourself, five?" I said mocking him as he glared at me.

"Nico please just watch him for just two weeks pretty please." Bella pleaded.

"Before I can accept you will have to asked my brother Eric, cause I am not asking him. Am sure his already mad at me for not coming home last night, so you have to do it." I said crossing my arms over my chest.

"Ok, how hard could that be" she said with a smile.

After few minutes he said "alright." I slightly groan cause I was hoping he would disagree.

I was out with Jaiden to the first place we bonded or the place he made me the most angriest person on earth. We were already in the mall when I saw someone familiar approaching, Nacy. I ran towards her giving her a bone crashing hug. My first best friend back in Florida. I was so shocked to see her cause her and her family moved out 13 years back. It was almost impossible to recognize her.

Jack is my best friend but she was like a sister to me.

"Nico, how are you?" She asked smiling.

"Fine and we have a lot of catching up to do" I said walking with her towards Jaiden.

"Who's this hottie?" she asked me as she practically undressed him with her eyes.

"This is Jaiden, my friend." I said the same thing he said when he introduced me to his sister.

"Nice to meet you" she said to Jaiden. She turned to me and said "his freaking hot and handsome" I turned and looked at Jaiden smirking.

"Thanks, but you know some people just don't see it" he said looking at me as I rolled my eyes.
