9 Aeons Library of Beginnings

Screaming died down after three hours, Old Diviner had not thought even at his last breathe there was no begging for a quick death. Blood dripping down Old Diviners' hands, some blood slowly fall off from the knife. On the floor a body lay motionless: eyeballs were missing from the eye sockets.

Teeth that used to be where it supposed to be are now gone, the bodys' limbs, hands, and fingers are detached. Surprisingly no bloodstained could be seen staining the clothes on the Old Diviner despite the horrific scene.

"At least when they died I buried them underground, If others they would have it expose. These people should really thank me they had a burial ground." He thought it was their lifetimes luck of their ancestors blessing for them to meet him.

Remembering of his precious he wanted to quickly watch over her, seeing that his hand were full of blood. Using his will water were extract from the corpse, and the bloodstained of his hand, extracted water floated mid air.

The extracted water is fresh it looks no different then any drinking water, even drinking it wouldn't cause any illness of the sort. Fresh bloodstained all of a sudden dried up really fast as if it had been there for a long time same goes for the corpse.

During the way Ye Xie experience twist, turns, and multiple paths to choose, he would frequently ask when will they get there. His grandpa would reply soon we will, getting bored he just ask his older brother to play a game.

Whenever they came across multiple paths they both have to guess which paths grandpa would take. The one that guess correctly gets to hit the other person, after choosing wrong four times he started regretting.

"Grandpa there is nothing ahead why are we stopping, could it be that it is invisible?" Curious he went couple steps forward expecting to hit something. There was nothing but darkness ahead since he had left the range of his grandpa blue flame.

"Hahaha Ye Xie your thinking to much it's on this wall."(Ye Jun)

He looked that his mother and older brother were giggling at him he felt a little embarrass, "Come here Ye Xie we all are waiting for you." Hearing his mothers' word he quickly did as told, reaching them his grandpa touch the dirt wall.

It reveal an iron door with a text saying, "Born from the blood" below the text it had a diagonal square shaped carved into it. His grandpa took out something from his blue ring, that looks to be a perfect match of that shape carved into the iron door.

After his grandpa put it in the iron door made creaking noise as it slowly open, step in there was another door awaiting them. Ye Xie could see a text written again on the door it says, "Only of royal Aeon blood can grant access."

This time he wondered what will his grandpa do? Watching his grandpa he notice the right hand pointing finger turned pitch black. Black smokes are coming out on that area, the nail of that finger harden and sharpen. Now it looks more like that of a sharp claw you would see on beast, his grandpa uses the sharpness to self cut himself across the palm.

The blood of his grandpa flew towards the iron door blocking their path, after it touch the door all blood vanish. Mist started to appear it looks to leak out from each corner of the door, soon everything was covered in white mist.

"Daughter in law hold on to this badge it will be your access to our Aeons Library of Beginnings. This is needed because you don't have the royal bloodline of aeon nor the aeon bloodline so if you go without this badge. The consequence is death, this white mist is scanning for those not of aeon bloodline."

Ye Xie could see his mother frightened expression, then quickly relaxed as she had gotten hold of a jade badge. After the mist had recede there was only darkness ahead, his grandpa had walk through it. Next was him followed by his older brother then mother, in a flash everything had brighten up again.

Everywhere he look lanterns are hanging lighten up the place making it look no different than that of daytime. The place was huge in the middle of this place he find it hard not to see such a statue of two people reaching three floors. The left statue stood a woman facing the opposite direction of the man.

Her left hand hold a scabbard as her right hand hold a one edge long thin blade, the handling of her blade had silk wrapping around it. Her long hair flowed in a neatly fashion, the clothes she wore make her look like a refined young lady.

Unlike the woman holding a one edge blade the man held a double edge sword with both of his hand. He had a scary expression that would intimidate his foes, it also made him seem like a person that is difficult to approach.

"That statue your looking at are the previous bearer, they are also of royal bloodline just like you and me." Ye Xie could see that his grandpa was really proud yet there was also sadness hidden in the depths of those black eyes.

"Grandpa what are there names?"

"Ye Hao, that young woman is named Ye Shui as for that man he is called Ye Huo they..., without them there would be no you." A little bit of trembling could be heard when the last line finished.

"Than what is the difference between royal bloodline and a none royal bloodline?"

Ye Jun was quite surprise that his older grandson talk so much not that he mind, "We of royal bloodlines innately suppress those of lower aeon bloodlines. As for difference it is actually the color of our blood. Black blood is us, grey blood are second strongest, white blood are weakest their battle transformation is ranked by their bloodline to."

Ye Xie could see after grandpa finish introducing the place his mother hurriedly went to the third floor, he didn't expect that to happened. Looking around there do exist other people other than them. Some look like in their teens most wouldn't look past over the age of 30, men and women are all here doing whatever they need to.

"Ye Hao, Ye Xie they are the elites of our Ye family different from the core disciples all of them are half bloods. They are also much older than their appearance as for how much older I don't know but their looks won't pass 30."

Ye Xie looked at his grandpa funny, "But grandpa you look so old, you must be lying."
