Once she was done viewing her stats, she came out of the void space, Divya was sitting in a slight daze in one of Renata's long lounge chairs. It seemed as if her eyes were vacant, but that look did not last long. When Renata finally opened her eyes, she saw Divya looking at her in worry, she wondered if the pain she was experiencing in the void space was visible in this world as well before she opened her eyes she could feel the changes in her body immediately. She did not know if she should ask her or if revealing her secret to Divya would be a good idea.

Divya could that Renata was thinking about something was hesitant to say whatever thoughts she had, "When you were in a mediated state, I saw you collapsing in pain, initially I wanted to help you up, but I figured you had entered into a mediative state, and I could not disturb you." If she saw her like that, sharing that she opened two more veins should not be a problem, even though she will not tell her about the system, she will only say that they some form of hidden veins that can mask themselves. Whether that made sense or not, was not important right now but since she saw her in that state she might as well tell her something and Divya has been great help thus far.

"I manged to open two veins, in weird space, I am not sure what it was but in there I was able to feel spiritual energy." Anyway, it was partially the truth,

it was not as if she was lying and it did not seem as if Divya minded instead, she smiled and came to Renata excitedly hugging her, "I am so happy for you, young lady. Oh, when you entered the mediate state and were crying from pain. I used barrier crystals around the room, so that no one can hear anything." Renata had not have heard of barrier crystals before, not even in her old memory after all once you find out you cannot cultivate, you lose interest in everything regarding cultivation.

"What is a barrier crystal?" She asked curiously, she needed to familiarise herself with these things soon or she will forever be lost in this cultivation world, "They are crystals with a barrier low level formation, most crystals can be used to cultivate but they are not as good as spirit stones. People use spirit stones to help them with circulating spiritual energy, but this is only typical for people in Mortal Realm, 4 veins up until foundation establishment, after that the cultivators' body would be more adapted and can circulate spiritual energy without the

stones." This world was starting to seem more interesting, but these crystals and spirit stones were useless to her since her body needed energy from the void space.

After Divya's explanation she could deduce that crystals were not strong enough, so people

found other uses for them by place low level formations on them. She confirmed that when she double checked with Divya, to see if her understanding of crystals was accurate. She knew that Formations were part of the other VR world

occupations, she wondered if those professions translated to the real world, or they had no value outside of that space.

She asked her trustee encyclopaedia, who was not troubled to answer her questions. "The VR world is a small world within this world so everything that happens there is real even death. It is best to be careful once you enter that world, you must keep in mind that even though, you will be using an avatar body, the pain, wounds, and death will translate to the real world. The experience a cultivator gains is real as well, those who are successful and do not mind exposing their identity use their occupation in the real world and those who do not want expose themselves sell their work through auctions which are held in the VR world and the real world but if you sell your work in the VR world you will get paid in spirit like the real world, its automatically sent to your VR bracelet."

It seemed as if the VR bracelet had a lot of functions, even a built-in bank account but how safe was it, she decided to ask one more question before going to sleep, it had been a long day and both needed rests, it was already the next day, and she was planning to sleep in. No one would care anyway; they might assume she is wallowing in self-pity like she had been doing the past three

months. This was the perfect time for her to also enter the VR world and complete missions. She just needed to stay in for a week, Divya would certainly

bring food and water for her to survive, after all her cultivation was not high yet only once she reaches Deity Transformation, food and water will not be a

necessity but just something to enjoy if she craves it.

"I am assuming the VR bracelet has a storage function as well?" Renata was busy

fixing her bed, preparing to sleep while she had a conversation with Divya, "Yes, it does but it is not as secure as a storage ring. Even though both had

the same principle of you using your blood for a binding contract to be created, a storage ring will be destroyed once the owner dies no matter the cultivators, cultivation level. That is way people place important items in their ring

rather than the VR storage, it is mostly about security rather than space." That meant stealing a storage ring was useless or rather she would not have the chance to even steal, who knew a young lady of a wealthy family would have such thoughts. She did not even get spirit stones from her father since he took care of her upkeep. If she was going out which never happens, her father would give

her a gold card which carried a limited amount of spirit stones.

A card in that world was divided into three categories namely, silver, gold, black.

Silver was used for trading so it held a fixed amount of spirit stones set by those who are trading, while gold and black acted as bank cards for the real

world, gold card can only accommodate small amounts of spirit stones, limited to low and mid-grade spirit stones and the black card could accommodate any amount of spirit stones. They were made from crystals incorporated with a formation, this meant a craftsman and formation master had to work together to create them.

She guessed that she could get or earn spirit stones in the VR world, she was excited about that idea. She would finally be able to finding her footing but

it begged the question of if she bought a storage ring where would she keep it, she could not possibly wear it on her finger or people would know she can

cultivate because some who supposedly has opened only 3 veins cannot own a storage ring as they will not be able to open it, let alone form a binding contract with it. Maybe her system could help with that, it had been quiet since got out of the void space, she hoped it was not attached to her VR

bracelet, so it was strange that it was quiet now.

After a brief conversation with Divya, she bid her goodnight as Divya made her way to her room which was in Renata's courtyard in the residence. Her courtyard only had her and Divya, she did not have a lot of people living in it like her sister Julie or other well recognised members of the family. Housekeepers came every two weeks to clean her space, they could not exactly refuse even if they

had other thoughts since she was the eldest young lady of the family. On a regular day, she or Divya would clean the place but mostly Divya did the

cleaning. Neither of them seemed to mind, what would be seen as neglect by others, they rather saw it as some form of peace of mind.

Especially Renata who now had too many secrets and could not have strangers or her family knowing about them, this was the best scenario she could think of.

She could finally sleep after all the events

that took place, there was nothing much to think about with regards to the engagement ceremony as it turned out how she had expected, even though she knew her change in character seemed

to have bought a lot of questions to her family members especially Killian, who enjoyed seeing her pain. It seemed as if he was making a lot of attempts to hurt her whether be it physically or emotionally and he did not change much from her past life.

It appears that the only thing, that has change was the world and her, but everyone else's personality was still the same, well except for the OCC moment

with her father. That created a question mark in her head because what the fuck was that.
