When Ragna showed Huifen his finished product, she immediately took it from him. She was excited, 'What is this? How did he do it? The materials weren't mixed and somehow the empty bottle was filled with this green liquid. How could Qi make materials form into something new? Also this green liquid I wonder what it's for? Is it poison?'

Huifen looked at Ragna with an inquisitive gaze. "You what is this?"

"That is called X heal, its a potion that you spread on a wound, which will heal it immediately."

When Huifen heard Ragna, she without any hesitation cut her arms leaving a big wound. The blood started to overflow. She opened the bottle of X Heal and spread it onto her open wound, and like magic the wound closed up and healed almost instantly.

Everyone who saw this scene had their mouths hanging open. They looked at Ragna with with mixed emotions.

'Aren't you already as strong as a Nascent Soul expert, now your telling me your a genius alchemist as well. Can you share us even a bit of your talent.' This was practically what everyone thought when they saw the green liquid instantaneously heal the wound of Elise.

Some of the young masters of the bigger clans, started thinking of ways on how to acquire a bottle of X heal from Ragna. Xuihen on the hand was ecstatic, wasn't this the end product of her current research. How did this youth in front of her create such a precious thing? The process was even done almost instantly, there was no need for mixing materials, no complicated methods, just a direct process of putting the material in one place, then gathering Qi, and then finally the finished product was made.

Huifen grabbed Ragna's hands, her dim uninterested eyes almost started to sparkle. "What materials did you use to make this?"

Ragna was panicking a bit from the sudden action, but for some reason he was not as embarrassed as the first time a girl touched him. He looked at the intense gaze of Huifen, to Ragna this girl was truly a peerless beauty, but for some reason his shyness was slowly diminishing the more she looked at her.

"Even if I tell you the materials, you wont know them." Ragna sighed, but after saying his piece, Huifen's grip on his hand got tighter.

"Whatever the materials are, I will decide if I know them or not, just tell me!" Huifen said with an excited glint in her eyes.

"Fine then, I'll tell you. The materials are a Taun, Lando, Tangerine, Mandarin Orange, and Preservatives."

When Huifen heard the materials used, she started thinking as fast as she could. 'The tangerine is easy enough to find, but what is a Mandarin Orange is it different from a regular orange? A Lando is pretty rare to find in the Empire, that goes for the Taun as well. Then finally the Preservatives what kind of Preservatives?'

"Tell me is a Mandarin Orange, different from a regular Orange?"

"Yes they are different, the Mandarin Orange might look like a regular orange, but its classification is closer to a tangerine." Ragna answered.

"Then tell me where can I find Mandarin Oranges?"

"No you can't find them here, only I have the tree that produces them."

"Fine then I'll just get them from you. Now tell me what kind of Preservatives are you talking about?"

"I don't know what made you think I would actually give you any... Whatever... Regarding the preservatives they are antimicrobial preservatives with the chemical compound of sulfur dioxide and sulfites."

"Can you explain to me what Chemical Compounds are you?" Huifen was stunned by the words used by Ragna, this boy had knowledge she doesn't. He understood a different principle of science greatly different from her own understanding.

Everyone who heard Ragna's lecture in regards to chemical compounds, couldn't understand a thing that he said. Still their Goddess was fully engrossed in Ragna's lecture.

When Huifen listened to Ragna, she asked a question every now and then, and Ragna would answer concisely. They had a back and forth, though Huifen also gave Ragna some information, Ragna gave her so much more.

It's been years since she was able to learn anything new from someone else. She looked at Ragna, as if he was the most valuable treasure in the world. To her Ragna was a treasure trove of new knowledge.

When the suitors saw this new expression from their Goddess, they felt heartbroken. Though some of the Elders smiled in satisfaction, to them Huifen was like a daughter. They were happy that she finally found someone that could match her intelligence. The lonely back of the little girl as she stepped forward towards the truth, doesn't look as lonely, now that somebody stood right in front of her threading the same path.

"Ok then now that our Q and A session is over; are you going to make something using your alchemy so we can finally determine a winner to this competition?"

Huifen shook her head, while smiling gently. "There is no need, the winner is obvious." Huifen showed a very gentle, yet bright smile. Anyone who saw that smile on her face would immediately fall for her. The other suitors who saw that the smile they wish to see, which wasn't directed at them but at another, felt bitter.

Ragna on the other hand was captivated by that smile, and felt a bit weird looking at it. Huifen then knelt in front of Ragna and bowed her head.

"I will give you my everything, my body, my soul, my respect, my love, my future. I will never betray you, I will never stray from your side unless you want me to. This is my pledge to you." Huifen lifted her head looking directly at Ragna's eyes.

Everyone gasped as they heard Huifen's heartfelt pledge. Even Elise who was always fooling around looked at Huifen with a rare expression of actual surprise on her face.
