2 The abduction

As the night went on I thought that I had finally found the one I was meant to be with. He was nice, funny, and caring he also didn't seem to be bothered by the fact that I am different from everyone else and don't seem to fit in here at all. Even though I'm supposed to be the "beloved" Princess. As soon as my train of thought ended I became painfully conscious of the people staring at us with contempt. It made me extremely uncomfortable so I asked the man who had wanted to dance with me if we could get some fresh air all he did was nod in agreement so we headed outside away from everyone's gazes it wasn't long after that I realized I had made a huge mistake...

when I opened my eye's I was in a dark room that smelled of smoke and dust I tried to move my arms so I could sit up but I couldn't at some point someone had tied my hands together making it almost impossible to get up but I finally managed to get myself into a sitting position against the wall. I tried looking around the room to see if anyone or anything was here but for some reason, I couldn't look at anything other than the beautiful ruby-colored eyes that were locked on mine. it felt like an eternity before whoever it was decided to say something and break the heavy silence " do you remember anything Princess? Do you have any idea as to why you are here?" the voice of the person sitting in front of me asking these questions sounded very familiar to me like I knew this person with a sudden, flash the light was on and I could now see the man very well. His black hair is tied up in a half ponytail and he is now wearing a skin-tight black t-shirt and pants he has two swords one on his back and one on his waist. As I was looking him over my eyes finally settled back on his and I answered his question " I don't remember anything that happened after we went outside but I can assume based on how you look and how I'm tied up that you have kidnapped me am I correct?" he continued to stare at me for a moment then he suddenly let out a chuckle. He looked as if he was amused by what I had just said and my question he soon answered " you are correct I'm a bounty hunter and my dear Princess someone has put a big price on your head but sadly if I killed you the amount would be cut in half so I plan to take you to them alive." as soon as he finished speaking my mind went blank due to the shock of what I was just told by the man that I thought I was meant to be with and I'm sure that it showed on my face because the next thing he told me hit me hard. with a big huff he said "there is no point in crying over something like this your fate is pretty much sealed unless you're loving father wants to pay a higher price to get you back" with that he turned and walked out of the room that we are in and he turned the light off as he left me alone with my thoughts and worries. what is going to happen to me and who is the one that put a bounty on my head?
