29 The Black Empire~
Kuro lets the Nazarick group digest how strong Yui-chan and the girls are before proceeding to tell them his plans, after a few minutes Kuro intentionality coughs to gather their attention.
Regaining their composure they look at Kuro waiting for him to talk.
Kuro: *clears his throat* ehem! Now let's talk about this world.
Kuro projected a map that is marked with who holds the territories like Re-Estize, Slane Theocracy, and the etc.
Kuro: this is a map of the current world we are in. I want to unify this primitive world, I will have you work with my army and start building our own Empire!
Kuro explained that Nazarick will be the center of the empire and he will make a floating island again for a new armed mobile castle that will float above Nazarick. After explaining some more he said
Kuro: this is also a test for Nazarick. Your performance in this will decide your fate and those that fail will be kicked out and be left behind when i move to another world.
All of them except for Touch me was either nervous or panicking when they heard that including Momonga. Kuro noticed and laughed followed by Touch Me.
Kuro: *grinning* Momonga do you want to be included in the test?
Momonga: eh? I am not included? *sighs in relief* I got nervous for nothing.
Silver: Kuro-sama could you, if possible, tell how we are being tested?
The Nazarick group immediately focused their attention on Kuro to not miss anything he might say.
Kuro: hmm? It is no big deal. Listen carefully, once this world is unified those that gathered positive karma or stay neutral will pass and for those who gather negative karma will fail. Ah~ for those who gather too much negative karma should run and never show their faces to me again~ I will make sure they suffer you see~
Albedo: Kuro-sama, how does one get positive or negative karma?
Kuro explained to them about harming innocent people or through the actions the willingly do. Unconsciously doing something also affects it but not too much.
Kuro: nothing can deceive my eyes so make sure to do this seriously unless you want to be left behind~
Kuro did not really care but those that get negative karma really can not come so this was a great way to make them avoid getting negative karma as he can't make exceptions for them.
Some of them calmed down because it was easy for them but those that have evil nature was nervous.
Silver: so we just have to avoid harming innocent people?
Kuro: *laughs* don't be complacent Silver. One wrong move you can gather some negative karma, for example: you don't kill a monster and just drive it away from its territory then the monster moves and on its path is a village and was destroyed. You will receive negative karma there but only a small amount.
Kuro explained a little more about killing in war does not affect karma or those confirmed to be hostile but when it came to invasions, harming the enemy citizens can give them bad karma.
Kuro: right~ gather everyone that can fight, we are having a mock battle. Nazarick against my army, as you guys will be working together for the empire you will need to know each others capabilities. Gather everyone outside Nazarick my clone alone can defend it for now.

One month passed since then and now their Capital city is fully operational. The results of the mock battles they had was Kuro's Army always getting victory but as the Nazarick group get used to fighting them they don't lose in a pathetic way like in the first three rounds.
No one bothered them because Kuro created a large barrier to make the city appearance look like a forest from outside the barrier.
Kuro also had the Pleiades excluding Sebas to hunt down the Slane Theocracy scums that attacked villages. Kuro explained to them to not hold back their evil tendency, they just need to direct it to evil people.
Kuro gave everyone a guild ring and an Augma specially made for his army, it can also show them if a person have negative karma.
Once his floating island was done Kuro removed the barrier. Now it was time to expand and also announce their empire being born.
Kuro wanted to announce it in a grand fashion so he had one clone go to each country and project a large image of him while the clones use a skill that can make his speech reach every single sentient being in this world.
Once everything was ready the clones started the process and Kuro started his speech.
Kuro: ehem~ can everyone hear me? First of all I am Origin Black the new Emperor of the "Black Empire" Located at ****** where my Empire's Capital City "Black City" is. My Empire will give you all one month to prepare for our invasion. I plan to conquer and unite this world and those who will stand in the way of my plans will be shown no mercy. That is all~ Bye~
Before disappearing Kuro double the amount of power he was emitting to let them know what they are up against.
Kuro's image in the sky disappeared and every leaders of each country gathered their highest level of authority figures for a meeting. Kuro had his image emit a small part of his aura making them all feel it and the last burst made them all kiss the ground.
Even with that small part of aura, the whole world felt despair because even the strongest dragon was like an ant compared to it and the last burst made a mini earthquake.
The dragon lord also felt it and was shaking in fear from the aura since he could feel that it contained dragon aura too. He was in a submission posture the entire time that Kuro was projected.
Most of the countries was thinking of a way to fight the threat and concluded that forming an alliance with other countries was the best way.
But some smart enough to decide on submitting even before the war begins and visit the Black City to talk.

A week passed since Kuro's declaration of war he had some arguments with Touch Me about war but was able to make him understand that in worlds such as this one, war was too common. Even on earth, in the past war was a very common thing.
In this week he went around visiting towns and cities with his girls and Yui-chan, of course he was wearing a mask as his face was seen by many. Naberal Gamma and Yuri Alpha came with them as maids and the two lost count on how many times they came from just Kuro groping their chest or ass.
They slowly got addicted to Kuro's touch and wished to never leave his side and serve him as his personal maids. They also boast to their fellow Pleiades members about it making them envy the two.
Kuro gave Solution, Entoma and Shizu(CZ2128 Delta) [Perfect Human Transformation] skill, now they can perfectly transform into a human. If anyone in Nazarick desire the skill he would give it to them and some already asked for it.
Nazarick's view on humans had to change because most of Kuro's people are humans and now they know that even Momonga and Touch Me was human before.
Momonga and Touch Me decided on mixing both their body and avatar. For Momonga Kuro shrinks his avatar to use it as the Body's skeleton and transfers his Fleshy parts to it.
For Touch Me he just used Synthesis skill to mix the bodies. He inherited his human face with the body of the avatar, making him fit his armor perfectly without adjusting the size.
Kuro was suddenly called by Albedo to the castle as some people came to the city asking to meet him.
Kuro teleports back to the castle with everyone. He sits at his throne and the girls sits at the smaller thrones behind Kuro's.
Kuro told Yuri and Naberal to have the visitors be brought to the throne room, he also had them call the generals and floor Guardians.

In the throne room every high positioned personnel under Kuro was standing at the side while not hiding their strong aura.
The big door slowly opened and a group of people entered lead by Silver and Albedo. The group behind Albedo was Baharuth Empire and Kuro already expected them to come, as they have a capable Emperor leading them.
But Kuro did not expect the group behind Silver, The Roble Holy Kingdom coming was a surprise for Kuro because their Holy Queen, Calca Bessarez, personally came.
The Baharuth empire representatives are currently grimacing when they saw the Holy Kingdom's Queen came while they just sent representatives.
As they reach the thrones close enough Albedo and Silver stopped them from advancing and proceeded in standing beside Kuro's throne.
Kuro: well I expected the Baharuth empire but for the Roble kingdom to visit~ *smile* it's a pleasant surprise.
Calca: We came to discuss an important matter Emperor Origin Black.
Kuro looks at her and smiles then looks at the awkward Baharuth representatives and had a serious look on his face.
Kuro: before I have my talk with the Holy Queen, state your business in coming here.
Poor guy: we wish to ally our Empire to the Black Empire and seek to negotiate about the alliance.
Kuro: I don't need any allies and what can your weak empire do to help us? To be honest one squad is enough to win the war against your empire.
Kuro looks at Kenji and asked him.
Kuro: how many days do you think it will take to conquer Baharuth if I give you 10 squadron to lead?
Kenji: *laughs* I don't know but five days minimum? They have vast lands you know.
Kuro: *laughs* well I'll give you twenty squadrons make it go down within a day after the one month period is done.
After talking Kuro points at the Baharuth group and forcefully transferred them back to their empire.
Kuro stood up, snaps his fingers making comfortable couches and a table appear. Everyone who knows Kuro smiles and sat down making the Holy kingdom group confused.
Kuro: well don't just stand there, please sit down and make yourselves comfortable.
Calca and her group sat down, Calca was accompanied by Kelart Custodio and Remedios Custodio and left the other knights outside the city.
They all introduced themselves and the Pleiades came and served some snacks and drinks. Calca's group immediately fell in love with the food and drinks after tasting them.
Kuro: well let's talk now~ what brings you here Holy Queen Calca?
Calca: I came here to submit. We know that there is no chance of winning, so please accept our surrender.
Kuro: smart~ but does your whole Kingdom agree? I am sure there must be some opposition.
Kelart: Emperor Black-sama, some nobles think that entering an alliance with other countries would be the best way to deal with your empire but we will deal with them when we get back.
Touch Me: I think we should accept their surrender.
Demiurge: yes Kuro-sama. We can deal with those against surrendering once we accept their surrender and also demonstrate our power to let them know that war against us is nothing but suicide.
Kuro looks around and seeing them agree with Touch Me and Demiurge, he accepts their surrender. Kuro had Lupusregina inform the knights outside about the results of the discussion and let them enter the city and gave them a place to stay.
Kuro invited the three from Roble to his world making the three sigh and thought 'we really made the correct choice.'
Kuro also told them that if Calca wanted her kingdom to be transferred to his world they could build a city.
He let the girls take them to tour the city as Kuro stayed at the living room with Albedo and Silver. Kuro having two girls at each side, like any gentleman would do, his hands groped their bodies.
