38 Dark Elves~
Kuro brought Rigredo to Yuuko who currently works as a teacher to teach her.
Albedo: she would really be a great teacher. She is too kind for your plans for Nazarick.
Rubedo: plans?
Kuro: you know that Nazarick's people are evil by nature right? So i am planning on making it a place where we place all the scums we capture, they will suffer there for eternity.
Rubedo: I see. Can I also leave Nazarick and be a personal guard of Kuro?
Albedo and Kuro did not expect her to desire leaving Nazarick.
Kuro: hmm~ you can do whatever you want Rubedo since Nazarick has more than enough people.
Rubedo: tha-
Albedo immediately covered her little sister's mouth and pulled her to the side telling her about the rules.
Kuro: it's like you guys are triplets if Albedo hides her horns and wings~ did Tabula give you girls his ideal woman's appearance? *laugh*
Albedo: I am just glad that Tabula-Sama gave me an appearance that attracted you.
Rubedo: are you also attracted to me Kuro? We do look alike we just wear different clothes.
Kuro: hmmm. I won't deny I find you attractive Rubedo.
Rubedo smiled as she stands beside Kuro, she already started acting like a guard.
Kuro played with everyone the whole day and when the sun sets they started a bonfire. Kuro took out some of the aged alcohol drinks he had in his inventory that has its time sped up.
They all enjoyed the top quality drinks and food while they party at the beach.

The next day, Souichiro went back to the elf kingdom while Kenji returned to Baharuth. The rest of the army prepared to march towards the country of the dwarfs.
He left Tadashi and Kohta incharge of the army while Kuro, the girls, Momonga, Touch Me, Aura and Mare went to the direction of the dark Elves forest.
Kuro wanted to try and have a peaceful talk with the dark Elves for Mare and Aura.
Reaching the great forest of Evasha, Kuro scans the are and could was aware that some of the dark elf scouts are watching them. Kuro shouts towards them
Kuro: I am sure you know who I am. We came here to try talking and negotiate with your race.
They wait for thirty minutes and some dark Elves shows up and invited them towards their caves/home.
Reaching the entrance of a cave they were met with three important looking dark elfs, one male and two females.
Kuro: King and queen? Well nice to meet you~ I am Origin Black and these are my wives...
Kuro introduced the girls and Yui-chan. Momonga and the others introduced themselves and the other side also introduced themselves being the king, Queen and Princess.
They entered the cave and saw a passage way leading below. Reaching their destination the girls were shocked to see a underground city for the first time.
Kuro: are you guys interested in relocating?
King: to your territory? Forgive me Emperor Black I do not think that is possible.
Kuro: no no~ not there.
Kuro shows them some videos they prepared. It showed them a mountain near Kuro's first city.
Kuro: that place is located in my world and if you submit to us you can relocate there under the four of them *points at twins and their partner* we will be building another city beside that mountain under Momonga and Touch Me so your new place there would be under Mare and Aura.
Kuro gave them time to think after saying the benefits they can expect.
They toured around the underground city and purchased some clothes or interesting things they found, more like exchange since they gave meat, medicine etc. for the things they wanted.
They saw the practice grounds for the warriors and watched them train. Saeko with Asuna joined some spars after asking for permission, with Shino joining the group that practiced archery.
Yui-chan was beside Kuro and some kids playing, they followed Yui-chan when she gave them some candies and they followed Kuro when he gave them a slice each of chocolate cake.
Shizuka carried a child that looks four years old when a lady comes shouting and accused her for kidnapping. They had to calm the mother down and the woman apologized for her mistake.

Kuro: so what is your decision?
Queen: we would like to accept your offer Emperor Black-sama.
Kuro: you can just call me Kuro since you will be under me from now on.
Princess: Kuro-sama, the things we saw from the images you showed us, we would have access to them too?
Kuro: you mean the modern technology we have? Yes, we will share them.
The three sighed in relief when they heard that. They decided to submit due to the new things they saw and the guarantee that their race won't become slaves.
The royal family invited them for a feast and they accepted but when they ate, the food was so plain they did not eat much.
Leaving some clones to transfer the whole mountain with the underground city near the Empire, Kuro transferred to the main army that went to the dwarf kingdom.
What they saw there was not war but a lot of people drinking and partying. Kuro had an idea what happened and just joined the party with everyone.
After some time Kuro was approached by the important figures of the dwarf kingdom and was greeted with respect with some kneeling.
The King challenged Kuro to an arm wrestling match and Kuro accepted.
With a lot of people watching the king tried to move Kuro's arm but failed every attempt and Kuro told him he could buff himself and try again.
Doing every martial arts that boost strength and he even receives buffs from Asuna and the girls that had skills for boosting but the king still couldn't move Kuro. After trying everything the king just smiled wryly and Kuro finished with a simple move o his arm.
With two more major factions going under him all that's left was the Dragons and some small factions.

At the Eight Greed Kings's Floating Castle, The Platinum Dragon Lord and Rigrit Bers Caurau is having a conversation about the one-sided war happening.
Platinum: i don't see us winning even if all the dragon lords band together.
Rigrit: the blue rose sent me a message saying that i can enter the Black Empire if I wanted to join it. They informed me that the emperor is a kind person and would only harm anyone with bad karma.
Rigrit explained about karma via information from the letter.
Platinum: so anyone with negative karma will die or be captured on sight?
Rigrit: yes. Luckily for me, I don't remember killing anyone innocent and I even help towns or villages. *laughs* I heard I can receive a blessing for eternal youth.
Platinum: I guess after leaving you will head there?
Rigrit and the platinum dragon talked some more before Rigrit left and headed for the Black Empire.
The platinum dragon just went back to sleep and would just wait for Kuro to invade his territory before deciding on what to do.
The other dragon lords also had the same idea.

Ten days passed and Kuro's empire already controls eighty percent of the world. All that was left are the territories of the Dragon Lord's.
Kuro met Rigrit when Renner and Lakyus introduced her. She was given a Trainee piece and became younger, she had the same hair color as Gagaran, a very voluptuous body with tanned skin.
As a necromancer she was promoted quite fast due to her great performance in the War against the minor countries and instead of joining the Blue Rose squadron she joined under Momonga to further her necromancy and she admires Momonga.
