31 Blue Roses
A few days passed and Kuro's party got promoted to adamantite rank. They are now well known figures to E-Rantel, they also found some quest that is related to the Black Empire like investigation.
Kuro wanted to mess with them and took the quest. The party was "seen" heading to the direction of the Empire by some people and when they came back they reported some legit information.
Kuro also got some quest like being guards for the meeting of the countries. He noticed that Elias Brandt Dale Raeven was also part of the representatives of Re-Estize. He liked this man who is smart and not corrupt like other nobles and will try to recruit him later as a territory lord.

Taking a break from being an adventurer Kuro plans to have a meeting with the lizardman tribes as the Black Empire's Emperor. Kuro sent Cocytus to visit all the tribes to have them send their leaders to the area where the war in the series happened.
At a certain area in the meeting place Kuro brought out his House from Hotd that is inside his storage all this time. Kuro was seated in the living room with Albedo, Silver and Shalltear relaxing and waiting for the guests.
Albedo: Kuro-sama, why not just wait for war?
Kuro: I want something from them and will try to do this peacefully but if they reject, we will just have to attack and take it. Right, how is the status of those people I wanted captured?
Shalltear: we already captured khajiit, Kuro-sama.
Silver: Clementine was not with him when we went to capture Khajiit. We are currently looking for her.
Kuro used his map with search magic and found her in E-Rantel, giving the information Shalltear sent some subordinates to capture Clementine.
After a few hours a subordinate came in and informed them that the Lizardman leaders have arrived. Cocytus entered followed by five Lizardman, four males and one female. After letting them sit down Kuro said
Kuro: I want frost pain and the Four-headed Hydra. If you agree in giving those you will be compensated by choosing either going under my empire with good conditions and will be given a chance to join my army or I will give you a peaceful place to live.
Shasuryu: I can't possibly allow that! Those belong to my little brother!
Kuro: I stated what I want. Inform us of your decision within an hour. *releases some aura* I do hope you make the right decision.
All of the Lizardman present trembled from the aura Kuro emitted and went out to talk to Zaryusu.
Zaryusu was stunned when he heard the demands, he accompanied his brother as a guard with Rororo and of course he brought frost pain too. He had to choose, his possessions or the lives of his race, releasing a long sigh he told the leaders he was willing to give up Rororo and frost pain for the race.
Right after the decision was made Kuro appeared and asked
Kuro: so what is your answer? War or peace?
Zaryusu presented frost pain to Kuro while Rororo approached Kuro. Silver took frost pain while Kuro got near Rororo and jumped on its back. Kuro made a [Beast Guardian Piece] he recently developed and placed it on its back and was immediately absorbed.
Rororo got enveloped by black smoke and was slowly expanding. It's stopped when it reached ten meters in radius.
The black smoke slowly disappeared and revealed a black behemoth with twelve menacing serpent heads and six pairs of wings.
Each head had different eye color repenting what element the head can use like red for fire.
Kuro: *floats in front of the behemoth* from now on you shall be called Elhy.
Elhy nods its twelve heads and one by one rubs its heads on Kuro. The Lizardman race were shocked in seeing the new Rororo that is now named Elhy.
next, Kuro got Frost pain from Silver and took out some materials he had from the game and made a sword that looked like it was made from ice and had roses on its hilt for design.
He stored it and talked to the lizardman leaders of their choice.
Zaryusu: could those that do not desire to fight live in peace while those that want to join your army be allowed to?
The leaders where shocked with Zaryusu asking that. Kuro smiled and allowed it, he told Cocytus to handle everything.
Kuro, Silver, Shalltear and Albedo rode on Elhy and headed back to the Empire. The whole city was shocked seeing the large hydra but seeing the generals and floor guardians kneeling they kneeled too because only one person can get such a gesture from them.
Elhy slowly floats beside the castle as Kuro and the others got off and entered the castle, Kuro made a clone to make a large lake beside the city for Elhy to live in, he also had the clone fill it up with fishes.

The next day Kuro and his adventure party was heading to the capital city of Re-Estize because they were asked to attend a meeting.
Upon reaching the capital they gathered attention because aside from being a group of gorgeous looking people with a CUTE Yui-chan, Hamsuke was a magical beast and would obviously gather attention.
They went around visiting shops before heading towards the castle. The adamantite plate they hold made it easy for them to enter and upon reaching the place they were taken aback because it was a party.
Kuro immediately stopped time and had everyone wear formal dresses while he alone still wore his equipments. Returning back, he resumes time and just picked a spot and stayed there.
The girls with Kuro got approached by many nobles but was immediately shut down and even prince Barbro approached them
Barbro: hey! What-
Kuro: I don't care who you are but if you make a move on my girls your head will separate from your body. *emits an uncontrolled bloodlust*
Kuro's bloodlust made the whole place silent while some even fainted. Kuro stood up and said
Kuro: we came here for a meeting not a party, if this is all there is to this stupid summon then we will be leaving now.
Stupid king: wait! If some people offended you I will immediately compensate you if you want. Please stay for the meeting later.
Kuro: send someone to ******* to inform us once the meeting starts. I really don't like being around stupid nobles.
Kuro's group got out and went around the city again while trying out different stalls to try the food that caught their interest.
Relaxing at the inn they got disturbed by a messenger telling them that the meeting is about to start.
Arriving on the meeting room almost half of the attendees glares at Kuro with some being curious and some neutral.
He took his place assigned to them and the meeting starts. First they talked about the incoming war and they informed the adventurers present that they would like to hire them as part of the army. Kuro raised his hands to indicate he had a question and got permission to ask
Kuro: war against the black empire, are you really sure? I heard recently the emperor...
Kuro told them about Elhy, he described it and told them about some of its abilities, and stated that when they did a quest they saw it with the emperor trying its abilities.
Kuro: that new type of hydra is really strong. Are you guys really going to war against them?
Stupid King: yes!
Kuro: okay~ please continue.
They also talked about the Holy Kingdom disappearing. Their citizens were gone and a lot of nobles were found dead with their personal troops.
Kuro: right I have information on that. I mentioned that I saw the emperor of the black empire right? I talked to him for a bit and informed me about the Holy Kingdom submitting to them and...
The holy kingdom was already relocated to Kuro's world and in the process of making a City. Kuro ordered Souichiro and Tadashi to lead ten squadrons each to eliminate all the the opposition Calca would face when they went back to the Holy Kingdom.
All the people present remained silent while thinking. They now had an example of what would happen to them if they lose and that is death with their citizens being taken by the Black Empire.
Even worse was within a short amount of time they did all that. Just this was enough for them to know none would survive if they oppose.
But still some stupid people stay stupid.
Barbro: with more than half the world in the alliance I know we can win!
Some more stupid people agreed with the stupid prince making the stupid king declaring they would still go to war.
Kuro stares at princess Renner wanting to see how she reacts. But all he could see was a brief frown that went back to her smiling face.
Next he looks at the Blue Rose group, Lakyus had a serious face on, Evileye had her mask on, the twins Tina and Tia had expressionless faces and Gagaran had a frown.
Lakyus and Evileye noticed Kuro staring at them and they stare back for a bit until Kuro smiles at them and Lakyus smiles back.
Renner noticed the interaction between them and had a thought to invite Kuro's group for a talk later.
