9 Exploring and First True Battle

A couple weeks had passed since their departure from earth. They were going to a distant galaxy called the potara galaxy. Orion had installed a battle power detector on the spaceship using Mia so that he could use the ship to detect possible opponents to face without landing on a random planet hoping to find someone. They had also done a bit of training in the ship to pass the time. Orion had noticed that he didn't have a lot of ki based techniques, so be bought Super Kamehameha, Final Flash, Big Bang Attack, Destructo Disk, Final Kamehameha, Big Bang Kamehameha ,Stardust Fall and Stardust Breaker. He had loved these techniques in the anime so he bought them. He had also found something really weird. He realized that Martha and Gine seemed really close... as in too close. They slept in the same room, they had baths together and they would even feed each other occasionally. He had an idea of what was going on, but he didn't want to make a blind assumption. Soon they had arrived in the potara galaxy. Within 10 minutes of arriving, the battle power detector started going crazy. Apparently this galaxy had a lot of strong races within it. Locking on to the planet with the most battle powers detected, he piloted the ship towards it while also turning the cloaking device on. Upon arriving on the planet, he was surprised, there was a lot of really high battle powers.

Orion: "Ok martha, gine, do you guys want to look around before we go and look for any good fights?"

Gine: "Yea that sounds good."

Martha: "That sounds good to me as well."

Orion: "Ok let's go."

They started walking towards the city while taking in the view. Soon they were walking through the city. It was a fairly large city with many different races of many different sizes and colors. After walking for a few more minutes, they started hearing loud shouts and cheers. They immediately went to see what was happening. They saw a humongous fighting ring with two warriors having an all out battle, orion looked over to an alien that was watching the match beside him.

Orion: "Hello, sorry to bother you but can you please tell me what's happening?"

Random Alien: "You must be from a different planet if you don't know what's going on. Every year on our planet, Planet Mitosis, a tournament is held. This is just an exhibition match as the contestants are still registering. I must get going now, please enjoy you're time here."

The alien then walked away, leaving him there. Both Gine and Martha had overheard the conversation and were looking at him like a puppy begging for some food. It was quite obvious that they wanted to enter the tournament and he could't blame them as he also wanted to join it as well. After a nod of his head, both ladies started screaming silently while jumping up and down. These two have got to be the most childish adults he have ever met in his entire two lives. They hurried over to the registration area and got registered. There was no cost to enter the tournament as there was a risk of dying while in the ring. The ways of winning a match was getting your opponent to surrender, throwing your opponent out of the ring, the match official declares you the winner if opponent is knocked out, or if you kill your opponent.

Gine: "I'm so excited, I finally get to test out my strength against others besides you two."

Orion: "You're just glad to fight someone who you can actually beat, remember that you still haven't landed a damaging blow to me as yet."

Martha started giggling while gine had a large blush on her face. Damn she was so cute whenever she blushed.

Gine: "N-no I'm not, I-I'm just bored of fighting you, that's all."

She turned her face away from us while we continued laughing for a bit. Surprisingly, gine was in the first match of the tournament. She was to be fighting some fish man monstrosity thing? What the hell is that? It looks disgusting and by the look on martha's and gine's face, I would say that they agreed with me. Gine walked onto the ring and faced her opponent, she looked as if she wanted the match to be over and done with already.

Fish Thing: "Aww, it looks like it's your unlucky day little girl. I'm gonna rip you to pieces."

Gine: "...."

Gine didn't bother responding as she didn't have time to waste on this creature facing her. As soon as the match started, the fish man rushed towards gine with intent of killing her, however gine charged a massive ki blast and sent it towards the fish man, turning him into dust. The entire stadium was silent for a minute, then loud cheers began ringing throughout the stadium as gine was announced as the winner of the first match.

Martha: "Well that was anticlimactic."

Orion: "I don't blame her, I would have probably done worse."

The other fights went on, I started believing that this tournament was a waste of time. The contestants were all pretty strong, but none of them had a battle power of over 3 million. That was very disappointing for orion as he wanted a good fight. It was orion's turn to fight and he was going up against a human looking alien with blue skin and red eyes.

Blue Skinned Man: "They put me against a kid?...What kind of sick joke is this?... Kid go home to your mother and you won't get hurt."

Orion: "...."

Blue Skinned Man: "I tried to warn you kid."

As the match started, he rushed at me, but I just swatted him out of the ring. Everyone had wide eyes at the young boy just barely moving his hand and the massive man got slapped out of bounds. One special person wearing a hoodie was watching the young sayian intently, this child seemed strong..... stronger than the rest of this worthless planet. He seemed like a worthy opponent. As orion walked off the ring, his eyes passed over an individual wearing a hoodie. This individual's battle power was within the billions range, and he was still suppressing it. He continued walking and went beside gine in the area where those who won their matches were seated. The guy who Orion had seen before had won his match without even moving, the opponent just flew out of the ring, orion was now just a bit cautious about this individual. Martha also won her match seemingly easy with a simple kick.

Martha: "I guess we might face off against each other soon huh."

Gine: "I guess so, let's go all out when we do."

During the second round of matches, I had easily won my match as there was no chance of his opponent winning. Gine and martha had ended up fighting each and martha just barely won, by giving gine a ring out. Gine had an angry pout at being given a ring out. They had shocked everyone when they both turned into their false super sayian state and started going all out. They had to put up some kind of energy shield to protect the audience. The being with the hoodie also won his match effortlessly without even lifting a finger as the opponent just got blasted by an invisible air strike, sending them off stage. The attack seemed a little familiar, but I didn't look into it too much. The other two contestants fought and the old man who looked like a martial artist won the match.

Orion: "Martha, don't hold back against the hooded individual, he is much stronger than he lets on. Here's a senzu bean to recover your stamina from your fight with gine, go all out from the very beginning."

Martha: "Ok orion, if I win this, I want a nice match with you."

Martha smiles at orion while he does the same. Soon it was time for the semi-finals. Orion had gone up against the old man, he had simply given the old man a light kick to send him off the stage. As the winner of the match, he walked off the stage and took a seat. Soon it was time for martha's fight with the guy in the hoodie.

Martha: "Ok I'm ready"

Mysterious guy: "I'm ready as well."

Official: "Ok then, let the fight begin."

Martha immediately powered up to her false super sayian form and rushed to attack the man. Before she could even come close to him, she felt a heavy blow in her stomach, sending her flying backwards. She caught herself in mid air as she had a look of slight shock on her face. He hadn't move from the spot where he was. He was standing there with both hands in his pocket. She fired a couple ki blasts at him but the ki blast suddenly changed direction and flew away from him. Orion was watching with a slightly confused face, he didn't know what was happening. He activated his Dragon God's eye to try and see what was going on. His black eyes turned light red, with an almost cat like black slit. His Dragon God's eye allowed him to see over 50x better than normal, he could see the finest detail on everything around him, he could see in ultra bright light or in pitch black darkness and he could also see distortions in space itself. Looking on with his eye, he noticed that time and space itself was being affected. This guy had some control over time and space? This wasn't good. He deactivated his Dragon God's eye and started watching the fight and it didn't look good, martha was now bleeding from her lips and she looked exhausted while the man had yet to move from the spot he had been all match.

Mysterious man: "You're weak, you don't deserve my time."

Suddenly she was sent flying off the stage. Before she could crash in the wall, orion teleported and caught her. She was now bleeding out of her head and nose as well. Orion's anger started to boil as the looked at the man.

Mysterious man: "I do not need any time for rest, let me fight the final person."

Official: "Are you ready to fight young one?"

Orion: "Yes."

I went to gine and gave her martha and also gave her a senzu bean to give to martha when she wakes up. I had an asshole to kill in the most painful way that I could think of. Orion started walking until he was facing his opponent.

Orion: "So why won't you take off the stupid hood, are you afraid to show your face."

Mysterious man: "I have no reason to take it off."

Official: "Ok Let the match begin."

Orion charged up to his maximum power while also activating his Dragon God's eye and rushed towards him. Orion saw a slight change in space and an invisible force rushing towards him so he dodged and continued flying, the man seemed really surprised but smirked and took his hands out of his pocket. As soon as Orion got really close to the man, he saw the man disappear and appear in front of him, punching orion back a little bit. Orion quickly regained balance and looked at the man.... his stance seemed really familiar as well. Soon orion and the man were fighting with orion slowly adapting to the man's time space technique. Orion saw an opening for a punch and took it but the man shifted his body to the right, however orion held the cloak the man had on and pulled it off and was shocked by what he saw. The man looked exactly like the legendary assassin Hit from universe 6, but he had dark red armor and slightly lighter skin.

Orion: "I understand now, you're using your Time-skip technique."

The man's eyes widened but he had a small smile on his face. This boy had actually gotten close enough to pull his cloak off, which was very impressive.

Waite: "My name is Waite young one, you have proven yourself to me. Also how do you about my ability?"

Orion didn't respond as he started powering up into his super sayian state. This caused his energy to skyrocket and the arena started shaking a bit. Without wasting anytime, he started flying towards waite. Waite had used time skip but orion had broken through it and started punching and kicking waite. Waite was in shock, it wasn't supposed to be possible to break through his time skip. Orion then kicked waite away while sending ki blasts towards him. Waite had enough and powered up to his maximum and dodged them and engaged in hand to hand combat with orion. They were fighting all over the arena and in the air, shock waves were created whenever their attacks collided and then entire audience were in shock at these two strong individuals. Waite then kicked orion down to the arena, as they were in the air.. Orion handed on his feet and started to charge a Super Kamehameha wave, releasing towards waite. Waite seeing the massive energy wave coming towards him entered time skip but was shocked when he saw another orion there. Orion had made a shadow to send the ki blast while he waited for him to use time skip so that he could hit him with a surprise attack and it worked. Gathering all the ki in his hand, he punched waite in the face, sending him flying out of the arena and crashing into the ground causing a massive crater.

Orion: "That's for what you did to my mother."

Waite then walked out of the crater with his mouth bleeding, but even tho he had lost he was smiling because he now had a potential rival. He had only joined the tournament out of boredom and he was not expecting this from such a young boy.

Waite: "You're quite strong boy, I hope I see you again one day to have a rematch against you."

And with that being said, he disappeared. Orion finally started looking around and saw that the arena was completely destroyed and even the energy shield that was placed around the arena was gone. All of the audience in the front rows had moved to the back rows due to the destruction of the match.

Orion: "I guess I may have gone overboard, but who cares about that... I won the tournament."

Orion flew down to where gine and martha were. Martha had woken up and had taken the senzu bean that orion gave gine. They were still kinda shocked that someone actually pushed orion to fighting seriously. After collecting the prize money, they immediately spent some of it getting some food, and orion just gave away the rest to the people he saw on the side of the busy streets as he was sure he was never gonna even use this type of money again. They left the city and orion pulled out his spaceship and they went on and left.

Soon they were zooming through space. Orion thought about something really dangerous to do. He couldn't bring the females with him as it was too dangerous for them. He would tell them about it at a later date but for now he was gonna get some sleep. The fight really pushed him to his limit and he if didn't have regeneration then he might have lost due to the internal wounds that the attacks gave him. After entering his room, he immediately jumped on his bed and fell asleep, thinking about the future.
