Six months later ....

Rachel wore a long light pink coloured gown. Her bump was big as it has been eight months since she was pregnant. She held flowers in her hand and moved around in a hurry. She was searching for Justin and wasn't looking at the floor, there was a step which she didn't see, Just when she was about to move one step further. she was stopped by Justin.

"How many times should I tell you not to move around but sit and take rest. You can't just run here and there with our little girl," Justin said to Rachel coldly because he was worried about Rachel and the baby inside her. Rachel has been busy with arrangements for tomorrow's occasion. She didn't want to sit at one place and take rest.

" I'm fine. I can walk. I can dance. I can jump," she said and stood on her toe to kiss him on his lips.

"I'll see you later," she said and went to Jessica's room.

Jessica sat on the bed in her room nervously. She wasn't in her house, she came to her parent's house few weeks ago because she wanted to spend time with her parents before her marriage.

"Looks like the bride is thinking too much about tomorrow," Rachel said after coming into her bedroom.

"I'm nervous." Jessica said holding a pillow tightly.

"Everything will be fine," Rachel said softly and asked her if Austin spoke to her.

"He didn't call me or text me," Jessica said. Her voice sounded dull.

"It's been three days since we spoke to eachother," she continued.

"Will it take an hour for him to talk to you or send a reply to your text messages?" Rachel was slightly annoyed at Austin for not contacting her friend and making her feel this way a day before their marriage.

"I know he is busy and I don't mind if he isn't texting me or talking to me, it's just that I miss him a lot and I want to talk to him right now. I want to spend time with him before we get marry," she said making Rachel sigh.

"Leave him a text that you want to meet him right now. If he comes to meet you marry him tomorrow, if he doesn't come let's cancel the marriage as a punishment," Rachel said.

"Then that would be my punishment not his," Jessica laughed and texted Austin to meet her right now but there was no reply from him as usual.

"How can you even stay like that. It's been six months since you both started being in a relation and half week he makes you feel that you are the most important person to him on the earth and there are days where he doesn't even reply to your messages," Rachel was slightly pissed talking about Austin .

"I don't mind. I know he is busy and I don't like to disturb him during his working hours," she said to her.

"Are you taking side of your guy now?" Rachel asked her.

" I'm telling you the truth," Jessica laughed.

"I know he treats you very well, it's just that I can't see you with a dull face when he isn't around," Rachel said holding her hand.

"You are right. I should divert myself instead of thinking only about him when he is not with me," Jessica said.

"That's good, now smile," Rachel said to make her smile and then they both watched a movie together.

After the movie ended, Jessica checked her phone again and saw no reply from him.

"By the way, do you think he will text me back ?" Jessica asked Rachel looking at her phone.

Rachel glared at her and said , "can't help you."

"Get some sleep. You should look like a beautiful bride tomorrow instead of looking like a panda," Rachel said with a hint of sarcasm.

After Jessica fell on the bed and Rachel went to another room where Justin and she were staying temporarily until the marriage.

" She slept ? "Justin asked Rachel and saw her nod .

"Why do Austin always ignore her texts and her calls when he is away from her?" Rachel asked him sitting on a couch which was next to the window.

" Because, he is away from her, "Justin replied looking at his phone.

Rachel glared at him. "I don't understand why he ignores her calls and texts," she continued.

Rachel has been seeing Jessica being sad because of Austin's absence atleast thrice a week, since six months. It wasn't like Austin ignored Jessica in these six months. Austin always made sure to spend time with her but at the same time he was busy, so there were days when Austin never called her or texted her when he was away from her.

Justin looked at Rachel, "he doesn't want to get distracted from his work," he said.

"You mean Jessica is a distraction to him ?" Rachel asked him curtly.

"If he replies to her message there will be another reply from her and if he calls her, their conversation won't end within a minute. Now you tell me would you continue to text keeping your work aside or would you complete it as soon as possible and spend some quality time with the person you love? "Justin's question made Rachel to her realise what Austin has been doing all these months.

Justin added by saying," Don't worry he loves her a lot."

"I know he loves her. I just can't keep quiet when I look at her dull face," Rachel said looking outside from the window.

"What the hell is happening there?" Rachel said in shock.
