52 Chocolate Flavour

"Y_your mother ?" Jessica stuttered when he told that his mother Alicia wants to meet her.

"Yes," he said.

"Can't we meet after few days?" she asked him.

"No," he said sternly and shook his head.

Jessica fell in daze. She feared what would happen if his mother oppose to their relationship, would Austin still be by her side ? numerous thoughts began to run in her mind.

"What do you want to have for lunch ?" he asked her.

"Anything," she replied.

After the lunch was served by the maids, they both had their lunch together.

"When does your mother wants to meet me?" she asked him before having a spoonful of rice.

"Tomorrow," His answer made her choke. Austin immediately got up from his seat and poured water in a glass and offered it to her.

"Are you serious ?" she said after drinking water.

"Why are you so nervous to meet mom ?" he asked her after sitting on a chair beside her.

"How can I not be serious," she said mixing the food with spoon.

"What if she doesn't like me," she said in a low voice.

Austin caressed her hair gently. When Jessica looked at him, he said with confidence, "she will."

" But ....."

" There's no but, Jessica. I will make you mine at any cost," he said breaking her chain of thoughts running on her mind.

"Do you trust me ?" he asked and saw her nod as a yes.

"Good," he said and removed his hand from her hair for her to continue eating her food. He took his plate which was on other side of the table to sit and eat beside her.

After their lunch Austin dropped Jessica at Rachel's house on her request and then he left to his office.

"Don't think much about tomorrow," he said before leaving.

Rachel was watching T.V when Jessica came to her house.

"Good afternoon, Ms.Olsen," the maid greeted her and received a warm smile in exchange from Jessica.

Rachel who heard her name turned her head to her shoulder to see Jessica.

Jessica went and sat on the couch facing opposite to Rachel.

"Austin's mother wants to meet me tomorrow ," Jessica said.

"That's amazing," Rachel said putting her ice cream cup aside.

"What flavour is that ?" Jessica asked Rachel about the ice cream.

"No. I'm not giving you this," Rachel shook her head and asked the maid to get another cup of ice cream for her since she completed eating it.

"Tch !! I won't eat even if you offer me," Jessica rolled her eyes .

"Wise decision," she said and took chocolate flavored ice cream which her maid brought for her.

"Continue ," she said after opening the seal of the cup.

"I'm scared ," Jessica admitted.

"Why? You just have to meet his mother and talk to her, Simple."

Jessica was not understanding what to do about tomorrow while Rachel was enjoying her chocolate flavored ice cream which Justin bought for her since she was craving for it.

"Simple for you but not for me," she pursed her lips.

"Well .... You are right," Rachel giggled .

"Are you drunk ?" Jessica asked her looking at the way Rachel was behaving. Rachel shook her head and continued eating.

"I'm not going to buy you ice cream if you continuously eat it,"Justin said to Rachel from behind.

"Get an ice cream," he ordered the maid.

After the maid brought the ice cream,Justin gave it to Jessica and she took it from him without rejecting it .

"Didn't you just say that you wouldn't take it?!" Rachel said.

" I said, I won't take it if you offer me. I never told that I wouldn't accept it from anybody," she said taking a bite.

"Why didn't you go to the office today? " Jessica asked her brother.

"We are going to hospital today for checkup," he said.

"Oh," Jessica replied.

"You don't have to worry about meeting Austin's mother. She is a good person," he said.

"I know she is a good person. I spoke to her once when we were in school. But I'm afraid , what if she doesn't like me ," Jessica said.

"Who would not like you," Rachel said to her making Jessica smile.

"I'm just worried," Jessica said.

"Everything will be fine," Justin tried to make her feel better.

"Hopefully," Jessica said and took a bite .

"I want another .."

Rachel has been craving to eat an ice cream since yesterday around two in the mid night. Justin got up from his bed and went to buy her favorite chocolate ice cream in the mid night just because she was craving for it. She had two cups of ice cream and slept peacefully after eating it but the guy couldn't sleep, he just kept looking at her thinking about how did he even fall in love with this crazy girl.

"You already ate five ice creams since morning and two in the mid night," Justin said to Rachel before she could tell that she wanted another ice cream.

"It's not me, your baby wants it," she pouted and stopped talking further when he glared at her.

"Jessica, let's go to room and talk," Rachel said after getting up from her seat.

They both took stairs instead of lift to Rachel's room while Justin sat on the couch and watched T.V.

"Here," Jessica gave her ice cream to Rachel.

"I knew that you'd give me," Rachel squealed in happiness and took it from her with a bright smile.

Since they were young, whenever they used to eat chocolate or anything with chocolate flavour, Jessica used to eat only half and always gave the other half to Rachel who used to happily eat her part and also Jessica's food because Jessica was not fond of chocolates much like Rachel. Rachel knew that Jessica can't eat an entire chocolate ice cream cup, that's the reason she told Jessica that she won't give her ice cream in the first place because after eating half of the cup she would give it to her anyhow. Hence, Rachel took Jessica to her room because she knew that Jessica would give her ice cream when Justin isn't around.

"Don't eat too much ," Jessica said after entering into the bedroom.

"Okay ," Rachel nodded and continued eating .

After they sat on the bed Jessica saw Rachel's stomach which grew little big.

"I'm gonna be god mother of this kid," Jessica said looking at Rachel's stomach.

"And I would be matron of honour at your wedding with my baby bump by that time," Rachel laughed.

"Remember ? we both used to talk about who'd get married first," Jessica said.

"I do," Rachel smiled.

"I wonder how Austin will propose you to marry him," Rachel said making the girl blush .

After talking to Rachel for more than an hour, Justin knocked the door and came inside to tell Rachel to get ready. After Rachel went to take shower.

"She ate your ice cream, didn't she ?" Justin asked Jessica and saw her smile.

"Yes ," she said.

"She is behaving just like a kid," Justin complained.

"Isn't that what you like about her ?" Jessica said and continued," you'll be a great father, Justin."

Justin brushed Jessica's hair and said ,"thankyou!"

" And I'll be a great mother too," Rachel who was in the bathroom said loud enough for them to hear.

Both the cousins laughed after listening to what Rachel said.

"I doubt," Jessica yelled and laughed.

Justin and Rachel dropped Jessica at her house and they left to the Hospital.

Jessica fell on the bed as she was tired thinking about tomorrow. She spoke to Austin for twenty minutes and went to sleep after having her dinner.

In the morning, Austin picked up Jessica from her house and dropped at her office. She told Austin that she would go by her car but Austin didn't listen to her. Jessica didn't want people to know about her relation with him since it would cause unnecessary disturbances.

"Austin please, don't drop me in front of our office," Jessica pleased Austin.

"Fine. I'll listen to you today," he said and dropped her a little away from her office.

"I'll send a driver to pick you up from the office and then after you get ready , I'll come and pick you up to meet mom," he said and left after she said okay.
