Chapter 4: The Change

Lycan and his family finally went to get some rest after the tiring day.

"Brother sleep with me, please.... If not, then I will hate you forever!!!"

Layla pestered him to sleep with her and he didn't have a choice so he and Mikka slept with Layla in her room, while the two adults went to a separate room.

"Okay let's sleep now, you too Layla. If you want to grow your boobs, you need to sleep more. Look at your sister Mikka, she always sleeps early and eats plenty, now her boobs are so big."

Layla pouted and hit him on the head and covered herself with a blanket before saying, "Idiot, Brother! Hmppp!"

Mikka just gave him a deadpanned look and went to sleep. Lycan just smiled wryly while scratching his cheeks before shaking his head and hugged Mikka's back and went to sleep.

(Lycan's POV)

I woke up in the middle of the night. I looked to my surroundings and I found nothing except endless darkness.

"Hello? Can someone hear me?! Help!!!"

"..."

I looked frantically and shouted loudly for help but I only heard silence.

Okay, this is creepy. Heck, I don't even have the slightest idea where am I and I don't even know if I am kidnapped.

Wait! What happened to Mikka and Layla if I was kidnapped? My mom and aunty Mikkie too? I need to get out of here! I need to know whether they are safe or not!

"Hello!? Anyone here!? Please, let me go! I am only a normal student with a happy family!"

I shouted and begged in case someone will hear my plea, but again... The only answer I got is silence and my voice that didn't even have an echo! This is really creepy!

"Do... not Worry... I... Will... not hurt... you." Someone suddenly spoke with a creepy tone.

"Who are you?! and where are you?! Show yourself!"

I shouted frantically because I am now really afraid that someone suddenly spoke. Am I high right now?!

After looking in my surrounding, I spotted a white light that shines brightly through the darkness. I got curious and went close to it.

After I got close to the white light, it suddenly spoke like a baby.

"Can... I... see your... memories...?"

I got startled and backed away cautiously. After I feel that I am at the safe distance, I cautiously asked it.

"Why do you want to see my memories? and can you help me get out of here?"

I waited for it to answer and 5 minutes later, it answered my question.

"Knowledge... I need Knowledge..."

Without asking again for my permission, it went into my body and I felt extreme pain. "Arghhh!!! Get out!!! Fuckkkkkk!" After that, I lose consciousness.

After waking up, I found myself back in Layla's room and my body was covered in sweat. I tried to move and sit but I felt my whole body sore and painful, my head is also aching like it will tear my skull.

I don't know what happened there and what was that thing, but I just knew that it was real.

I tried to remember the events before I went unconscious, but my head suddenly hurts. It felt like a massive migraine that is like spitting my skull open. I gritted my teeth and bit my arm to prevent myself from screaming as I don't want Layla and Mikka seeing me like this.

After a while, it stopped like it didn't happen but I heard a monotone voice in my head.

'What the actual fuck is this?!'

I screamed in my head and passed out.

I woke up groggily when I felt movements on the bed. I sat up and looked to the source of movement and saw Layla hugging me tightly while Mikka was kissing me all over my face.

"He-hey, stop it! I'm up already!"

"Hehe, good morning, baby!"

"Good morning, brother!"

Mikka and Layla both cheerfully said to me. I opened my mouth to reciprocate their greetings but I felt something is wrong.

"Good morning too, my lovely ladies."

They giggled and stopped clinging to me and walk out in the room before Mikka added.

"Come down, breakfast is ready and It is almost 7!"

"O-okay, coming!"

There really is something wrong when I also saw the happy faces of Mikkie and my mother, It was like the event yesterday didn't happen... Wait?! Don't tell me?!

I immediately went outside and I became dumbfounded by what i saw.
