Lust

During the past two weeks, Luca has been on several lunch and dinner dates with his suitors, but none of them have caught his attention.

Mom, I shrugged. I know, but Lewis is one of the coolest people I've ever met. If you don't like him, I won't force you to see him. His mother whined in relief.

I understand, mom. Taking a deep breath, I sighed.

He is one of the most handsome men I've ever seen. He muttered under his breath as he saw Luca walk towards him.

Hello Luca, Lewis greeted me with a warm welcome.

Hey Lewis, I greeted him back as well

He pulled out a chair so I could sit, and he adjusted it before he sat next to me.

Thank you for your understanding. I apologise for cancelling our last meeting. My mother was sick, and I had to take care of her. Lewis said while pouting.

I understand. Is she feeling better now? How are you doing? Is everything working well for you? I said.

Lewis grinned as he answered, "I don't think there is a problem with her anymore. Thank you for asking.". Seeing him smile at me, I smiled back as well.

Lewis tried to touch my hand and smiled as he said, "You look wonderful."

My hand moved unconsciously. Thank you very much, Lewis. You look gorgeous as well.

As soon as he saw me, he apologised for trying to touch me, before he said anything else. "Thank you, but you look absolutely stunning." He replied as a smile spread across his face.

It's remarkable how Lewis talked about his mother a lot before food arrived. This prompted me to conclude that he has a close relationship with her. He is a gentleman and asks a lot of questions. His sense of humor is wonderful, and he laughs a lot. Whenever he needs to apologize, he never hesitates.

I like you a lot Luca and I would like to get to know you more. Would it be okay if I took you out tomorrow evening? It's an engagement party for a friend. I'll ask your mom for permission before attending. Lewis pouted, which made me grin.

I am not sure, but I will think about it. Taking a deep breath, I smiled. There's nothing wrong with that, Lewis chuckled.

My car was driven by his driver, while Lewis dropped me off with his car. Prior to leaving, he came in to greet my mother. As soon as Lewis left the house, my mother yelled, "tell me everything about your date". What do you think about him? Was all she could think of after I told her about my date. It's just that I met him for the first time, so I don't know him well.

It would be great if you could go out and get to know him better. She grinned.

Would it be okay if I went to sleep now, mom? I'm tired. My heart pounded.

The date turned out well. Lewis introduced me to all his friends. He is so protective of his friends. During the games, he consume all the alcohol I was supposed to drink. He is a kind person, but I cannot love him.

Throughout the entire engagement, he held my hand, laughed, made jokes, and asked me from time to time if I was okay or if I needed anything at all. From the moment we met, he has taken me out either for lunch or dinner every other day. Besides my mom being fond of him, I have spoken to his mother too, and she has asked me to come see her over the weekend.

Honestly, I still haven't stopped stalking Ethan for some strange reason, and I don't know why. It was impossible for me to do so. He's the same bitter guy.

I don't know why I ever thought he would love me.

I don't understand why I was crying for him after all that he said to me. Haha, why am I crying more for him? This is insane.

~3rd Person's Pov~~

In his mind, Lewis couldn't resist thinking about the stunning beauty of the man whom he was asked to marry, the man's beauty that left him speechless and trapped in a state of love and emotion that would not allow him to leave except to become his boyfriend, or, more conveniently, his best friend, if the latter will accept him as his husband. The one man who had stolen the heart of his life and was his only love.

Lewis wandered around for a while after seeing the cute boy. He couldn't sleep because it fascinated him. He smiled and thought all day long about the boy, the way he smiled, the way his almond-shaped eyes sparkled whenever he smiled, the way his lips moved and the enticing mole beneath his lower lips that made him wonder for a moment if the boy was a human or a doll. After the very first encounter with him, Lewis was not only whipped but also fell in love with him. Because of that, he had sworn to get to know him, to discover the true reason behind his pains. In his eyes, it was clear. Although he might have just met him, something in the boy kept pushing him to get to know him. This was to see if he could be the one to wipe away the tears and pain that he was feeling.

Lewis's friends make fun of him because of how he was smiling and squeaking like a chicken. They gave him a strange and worried look since they had never seen their friend behaving in such a strange manner. Regardless of how he looked at them, he just smiled and occasionally shook his head as if something were bothering him. Out of curiosity, one of his friends asked if he was alright or had he suddenly become crazy?

Lewis practically smiled and patted the shoulder of the one who had asked him the question and whispered, "Something beautiful, unexpected, and possibly coincidentally has happened in my life, and I just can't stop smiling because it seems my wishes are coming true." That was what he said to them that made them stare at each other in disbelief before looking back at the smiling man. When Lewis saw the confused look on his friends' faces, he chuckled and said, "I know you guys don't understand, but don't worry, I am perfectly fine. I have never been better." He added to them and continued to watch the engagement ceremony, which, of course, he was no longer focused on.

It was a privilege for him to sit on a chair opposite Luca, which gave him the opportunity to stare and drool more freely.

I can't believe he can be so pretty... How can a man be so beautiful? I'll die from his smile!" The way he freely interacts with everyone is what I love the most... How can someone speak like a goddess like that? There is something so soothing and beautiful about his voice... Honestly, what has this boy done to me?" Lewis exclaimed.

As he salivated and smiled, he looked like a complete fool. He sat beside him and never let loose of the boy's hand. The man did not realise that he had left his friends as confused and terrified as possible by leaving them staring at him strangely until the occasion had ended.

Is there a character you are most fond of?
