The start of the nuclear tests

In a certain lab under The U.S. government a scientist by the name of Emmanuel mana was researching what other possibilities could the newly discovered nuclear energy could do. This certain scientist was tried to find a way to dispose of nuclear waste through various methods. After weeks of research he exclaimed.

"Ahhhhhh!! I've found it!!!" (Emmanuel)

"You did?"(???)

"Yes, after slightly altering the composition of the nuclear waste I've manage to alter it so that it isn't extremely harmful to humans. The I added a small quantity to human tissue and it immediately absorbed it. It appears to have created a new substance according to the readings, I'll take a small sample and analyze it" (Emmanuel)

Emmanuel takes the human flesh and sends and places it on a machine to examine it's composition.

"Wait, isn't that dangerous Emmanuel? If this gets out, isn't there a possibility of the federal government to carry experiments on humans?"(???)

"Emmanuel, Tess is right, it could potentially lead the government starting all sorts of human experiments if this were to be found. You can't disclose this"(???)

"That may be, however what will happen to us if we do not show results? I'll tell you, the government will stop funding us! I have a wife and children to feed, I'll-"(Emmanuel)

A beep is heard from the machine that Emmanuel had used previously. He looked back at the extreme and started laughing while holding his forehead.

"HAHAHAHAHA! Are you serious?!" (Emmanuel)

"What is it?" (Both)

"After examining it, it appears that the chemical composition analyzed changed, there's now a greater residual of Iron! You know what this means?!?!"( Emmanuel)

"No?"(Both)

"Neither do I. However there's one thing that's sure, we created Iron out of thin air and however this tissue may have changed in order to produce this iron. Another notable thing is that the tissue itself is still alive!! Imagine what will happen if we were to present this research results to the government."(Emmanuel)

"Emmanuel, let's wait for a bit until we have more definite prove of this, let' test it a couple more times before we make any announcement. We have to be certain of this."(???)

"Cynthia, I still think this is somewhat dangerous due to the risk of were it may end up in the future. Can't we-" (Tess)

"Okay, slow down Mrs. eIthical. First of all if we were take many different experimental results there are many ways that they could be twist them in order to use them in a wrong way. We only need to be careful that it doesn't go in a horrible direction."(Emmanuel)

"But-"(Cynthia)

In a very convincing tone of voice

"Cynthia, don't worry, I'll definitely not let people misuse our breakthrough. Trust me"(Emmanuel)

After a few seconds of silence Cynthia sighs

"Fine, I trust you"(Cynthia)

He looked at Cynthia, then at Tess.

"Well then, Tess does have a point though. Let's keep researching, after we have some proof we''ll submit our findings."

Emmanuel and his colleagues hadn't realized the importance of what had transpired that day. Due this breakthrough countless human experiments will later be carried out and hundreds would be sacrificed in order to create a more effectively create soldiers that could produce metal as well as other things.
