0200 Hours

4 Secret Service agents barged into the room and President Donal Trump woke up in a haste.

"Sir, we have a code red, we need to escort you to the PEOC underground bunker immediately". .

"What happened? Get the first lady and Ivanka" said POTUS.

"Sir, we have agents escorting them to bunker as we speak". The team lead POTUS, through the east wing into the bunker entrance, a team of 6 agents joined them as they got into the lift and made their way 5 stories beneath the White House.

The Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC) was retrofitted with several television sets, telephones and a communications system to coordinate with other government entities during an emergency.

As the lift opened, the Chief of Staff (CS) escorted POTUS to the Suituation room.

"Sir, we are not sure on exactly what the status is, but we have received reports that we are under attack" reported the CS

"What?, Where and who?" asked POTUS.

As they walk into the situation room, The CS reports, " Not sure who sir, we have the Pentagon on it. It was Seattle, we have srambled our F16s."

POTUS takes in a deep breath and asks to be connected to the Pentagon, NSA, CIA & the FBI immediately.

Within minutes, all of the organizations are online and awaiting further instructions.

The Secretary of Homeland Security, is the first to ask "What the hell happened"

The director of the CIA followed "We have unconfirmed reports but our until Intel is clear, this was an act of war from the Korean Peninsula".

"North Korea?", asks POTUS.

"We have first picture coming in now sir" shared the CS

POTUS and the rest of the administration turned towards their screens. They saw a devastated city, in complete ruins.

"Send in the national guard to help the local authorities and deploy our fleet to the west coast. We need to be ready for the worst" ordered POTUS.

"Sir, we are just getting word that the North Korean soldiers are marching towards the DMZ." said TheCommander of the Indo Pacific.
