10 Ava and Kali vs Darkseid

Ava landed in the middle of the street along with J'onn. They could hear fighting and expulsions in all directions. However, J'onn left Ava to protect some Citizens from some parademons.

"How about a rematch." A voice said, and Ava looks up only to see Knockout with her new arm. Ava smirk as she watches Knockout landed before her.

" You think you can keep up, or are you going to lose more than that shiny new arm?" Ava asked as Knockout only smirk as she attacks Ava, the closer Knockout got Ava felt as if something was wrong like she was feeling weak. Before she could dodge Knockout hit landed across her face as Ava's nose begin to bleed along with her lip. She looked at Knockout in confusion.

" Didn't expect that did you?" Knockout said as she reaches up to her shoulder only to pull off the metal cover of her metallic arm to reveal kryptonite shape into diamonds embedded into the arm.

" If I can't beat you with my powers, then I will use my magic." Ava said as she jumps away from her. However Knockout walks toward her smiling.

"No, see, this arm also negates your magic as well." Knockout smirk as she rushes at Ava as she begins to punches her. Each one hit harder than the last. Knockout grabs Ava by the leg and threw her into a building as she went through it and into the building next to it.

Knockout walks into the building as she saw Ava was trying to get up. She begins to laugh as she leans again the wall.

" So, you're supposed to be this great weapon. Well, I think I'm a superior weapon now, especially against Kryptonians and Magic-users, well I think I put you out before I repay your debt, but then again I should thank you." Knockout said as she moves to knock Ava out, however, she caught her fist with her hand and Knockout was shocked.

" There's no way." Knockout said, however, her target begins to giggle as she begins to grin, as her nose and lips stop bleeding.

" I hope you don't mind I step in, however, I can not allow you to hurt my lovely Ava. I think it time to show a little secret of mine, and this time I'll take more than an arm." Kali said as she took Ava's place.

Kali balls her left hand into a fist, as Knockout tries to pull her fist free, but it seems like Kali's strength seems to intensify. Kali then hit Knockout hard in the face causing her to fly out of the building and crash into the street. Knockout look into the hole of the building only to see darkness at first, until she saw two red glowing eyes. Then Kali walked out as she was cover in a pitch-black aura.

However, in Knockout's mind, she appears to be bigger. Knockout got and she spots a family watching the fight and she smirks, She picks up a car and threw it at the family. Kali watches as time slow down as black and purple lighting appears and she moves in front of the family and shielded them from the car, when the car touches her, it exploded into pieces.

" Are you okay?" She asked the family and the man nodded. " Good, now get to somewhere safe." Kali said as the man took his wife and daughter and left, however when Kali turn around to face Knockout, the couple's daughter looks back at her.

"THANK YOU!!" the little girl yelled out to her and Kali couldn't stop herself as she smirks and gave her a thumbs up to show she heard her, and then the little girl and her family left. Kali's eyes glow red again. She then fires off her omega beam and Knockout looked shocked and couldn't keep up with the beam as they were doing the exact same movement as Darkseid, however, the beam didn't hit any of her body, only the metallic arm.

Kali heard Knockout screaming in pain as she tries to grab her artificial arm but it started to crumble to dust, Kali smirk as she walked to her and bend down in front of her, and made her look at her.

"How do you have his powers, can she also use it?" Knockout asked her, as she subconsciously still trying to grab an arm that was no longer there.

" I can't answer the first question, at least not yet. However, I can answer the second question and the simple answer is yes, she chooses not to." Kali said.

" So there was no way I would ever beat you, you...her are the superior weapon."

" Oh honey, We are more than a weapon, however, it'll take Ava time to comes to terms with it, and only I know the truth about Ava and what she is." Kali said to her.

Knockout just smiled.

" Go ahead and kill me." Knockout said to her. However, Kali's hand move to the side of her face and softly caresses it as she looked at her. " Oh it not your life I'm going to take, you blindly follow him, now I will rewrite your mind and you will follow Ava." Kali said and before Knockout could say anything Kali pressed her lips against Knockout's lips and gave her a deep passionate kiss. Knockout eyes went widen with shock, as she didn't make a move. Kali then broke the kiss and giggle a bit.

" Why?"

"Why not, Sure you're no Ava, but you are beautiful, and it'll be a shame for me to take your life." Kali said and with that, she got up and walk away, however, she snaps her fingers and a huge black spot grew underneath Knockout as black chains came out and wrap themselves around knockout and drag her into the pitch-black hole, and once she was fully submerged the hole closed up.

Kali then allows Ava to take back over, however, Kali had kept Ava from knowing what happens between her and Knockout.

"Kali, I admit you're strange, but it kind of worrisome when you keep things from me." Ava said to herself, then she flew off to help protect the city.

Ava Notice that Darkseid was alone and she landed in front of him. Darkseid looked at her.

" I guess this is where you challenge me. I knew you were never loyal to me, however, you were still a good pawn." Darkseid said to her.

" Maybe I was, However, I'll still going to take my revenge on you.' Ava said and she flies at Darkseid fast as she draws her fist back and attempts to punches Darkseid only for her fist to meet his and it causes a powerful shockwave through the city causing windows to shatter. and after that they begin to trade blows after blows, it even got to the points where their fist was moving faster than the normal eyes. Riya uses her magic to shield the city from the shockwaves. Darkseid then brought his fist back and his hit connected to Ava's stomach which causes her to cough up blood, but it sent her flying away from him.

" So...I have an idea. If you want to hear it." Kali said to her as Ava stood up and her wounds begin to heal. However, Darkseid fires his Omega beam at her which causes Ava to fly away fast as the beams follow her.

" Sure, let hear this idea." Ava said.

" Well, how about, we fight together. You know as one, but in order to do that, you have to fully accept the things you don't like about yourself." Kali said and Ava knew she was talking about her Apokolips powers or as she called it her Darkseid powers, She notices that the beam was getting closer to her.

" Very well." Ava said as she closed her eyes, and she felt something change like a weight was lifted from her shoulder, or something was unlocked. Her hairstyle change, it was still black however it had red highlights and the right of her head was shaved. She stops as she turns and opens up a portal to send the beam to a dead planet, it exploded. Ava looks at her hands as she could feel her Kryptonian powers mix and fuse with her Darkseid power. She could sense everything from the smallest bug to the powerful beings in the universe and beyond. The omega effect was flowing through her body like a raging river.

" So this is what you feel all the time?" Ava asked Kali.

"Yes." Kali answer.

"Did we get this through our adaptability?"

"No. Look deeper, you know the answer, we're fully connected now. You've access to the memories that I kept from you." Kali answers her. Ava closed her eyes and it didn't take long as her eyes open. She had mixed feeling mostly anger and sadness.

"I see, so we're his daughter, however, that doesn't mean he's our father." Ava said.

" Exactly, Our father was the man who raises us from birth, Our father was Albus, So let make him proud of us." Kali told her. Ava flies back to Darkseid.

"Roetem Tellub!" Ava said she was liking the whole backward speaking even though she didn't need to. The magic circles appear around her face Darkseid as they shot off a barrage of meteors at him, with her follow closed behind a huge meteor.

" Not this again, Same tricks you're using." Darkseid said and he punches through the Meteor to see Ava, However, when he went to grab her, his hand went through her. Then he sent her above, but again it was just an image, He looked all around only seen multiple images of Ava.

"Why can't I sense her." Darkseid said to himself as he was getting frustrating.

"What wrong, Can't find me. Look at the so called all powerful Darkseid." Ava's voice carried out around him.

" Stop hiding like a Coward and face me!" Darkseid said with anger.

"As you wish." Ava said and she burst out of the ground under him as she uppercuts him, which cause him to grimace in pain, as he was sent up in the air, and came back down as he hit the ground hard. The images of Ava finally disappear.

" How you like that? better than the last time, and it'll only getting better." She said with a smirk. Darkseid stood up and he flies at her to attack her, only for her demeanor changes and her fighting style had also changed as she backflips away, Then she charges at him, and when he attacks again she ducks down low and sweeps at his legs, which he counter and he punches at her and the hit connected. Darkseid grabs her arm and puts pressure onto her, keeping her from getting loose. Each time she tries to get out of his grip tightens causes her to screams in pain.

" Kali is strong and unpredictable, however, her attacks leave her wide open. You, Ava, are very tactical, strong as well don't leave yourself open but you're very predictable, you make a great warrior against others, how ever I'm not like others." Darkseid said.

" Are you sure about that? I think everything is wrong, Let me tell you a secret. I allow you to catch me." Ava said and her personality switch to Kali and she smile and before Darkseid knew, She shot off her omega beam as they curve and bend around them until it hit him in his eyes which cause him to scream out in pain. Before Darkseid could land a skull-crushing hit onto her, Kali ended up breaking her arm willingly to slide out of his grip and she moves away from him.

It didn't take long for her arm to heal completely. Ava opens up portals that lead back to Apokolips.

" It time to end this." Ava said and She sent Darkseid and his minions back home, when all of them was gone she closes the portal.
