{Darius}

Natasha has arrived with her son for sanctuary, when she called earlier seeking help I found it fitting for her to come to stay here. Not just for safety but I also found it as the perfect opportunity to help train Elena. Business aside, Natasha and I have had our share of dealings together, we came from the same dark hole we crawled out of and even had a fling. But after all these years we still remain on good terms with each other, I smile as I see her walking from the driveway towards me with her son.

"Long time no see handsome," she says as she engulfs me in a hug.

"Glad you keeping safe," I say and look towards the boy. Noticing that I am staring at him he cowers behind his mom's leg in fear, clutching it.

"Its okay Landon, he's a friend, Go play at the garden," she says as she rubs his head and he visibly eases. He walks towards the garden and starts gradually playing.

"He's a sensitive kid" I comment and she nods as she looks at him playing.

"Before delivering my last shipment of drugs I did what you asked. They are scouring from town to town still looking for Elena. They are getting restless, they want the 10 tons hashish and cocaine Virgo stole and they want the Valgaz's head. The hashish is the only reason Virgo is still alive-if he dies then that treasure is lost forever, loads of money lost. So I figure that's why they want Elena."

"Around a year back they tried to kill her which didn't make sense to me since I figured they would want to use her as leverage but it seems the daughter could have wanted Elena dead regardless, seemingly there is some deep-rooted hatred she has for Elena."

"Their daughter is reckless, but seeing as how time has passed I don't think she will still be as reckless. On top of that Virgo couldn't strike a deal with the Colombians, we lost our credibility with the Italians as our shipment was seized by the officials but luckily Virgo was successful with the Spaniards."Natasha says and I sigh.

"I still don't understand how the officials knew about the drugs, the possibility of a mole among us was there but no signs indicating who. In the end, it was ruled out as a slip up"

She suddenly moves closer to me and trails her fingers down my arms, "But enough of business, I haven't been fucked for a while Darius" she whispers to my ear and I smirk.

"All in due time Natasha, "I say and then, out of the corner of my eye appeared a series of swaying movements, heading towards me. Fine, tanned legs strutting decidedly from a black skirt that ended high above the knees; with a bouncing of very noticeable breasts that seemed to express their braless freedom underneath a lightly-coloured blue sleeveless blouse, accompanying each confident step that her black pumps announced by their loud contact with the floor. I look away and clear my throat, breaking Natasha's trance and she slightly turns back to see Elena emerging.

She asks for permission to accompany Martha and I later which I refuse to, her introduction to Natasha doesn't go as smooth as I thought as they are in the verge of fighting which I instantly stop. Elena surely has come a long way, she was more fierce, confident and skilled now but impulsive. S he still lacks emotional control and still has a lot to learn. I guess it can't be helped as she is still a kid.

{Elena}

I storm in the house, angry I walked passed the hallways disregarding everyone else as the clear way for me. I decide to head for the library to read a book to put my mind off things. When I got to the door I notice it slightly open and heard a hushed voice. Confused as to who is in the library I drawback behind the door and decide to listen.

"Yes....No...unfortunely boss I haven't gotten any intel on their latest upcoming shipment yet." the voice says which I come to realise is Phine's. Shocked by this revelation I cover my mouth to keep myself from making a sound. So many emotions run through me, I couldn't believe Phine was a double agent. How could he do this to us?

"Sir with all due respect if you raided today's shipment, that would have made it evident there is a mole and sooner or later I would have been caught. We should play our cards right so that we can get both Peers and Valgaz. A war is brewing and sooner or later a confrontation will happen and when it does we will be there ready to seize." Phine says and after a few more exchanges, he ends the call. Contemplating as to if I should immediately leave and inform Darius or if I should stay and confront. I can hear my heart pounding and feel the drop of sweat on my forehead as I had to make a decision in that very second.

I take a deep breath and decide to enter the library, as I open the door I see Phine already was making his way to the door. We were face to face, his facial expression even though instant I saw the slight hint of panic on his face when he saw it was me but quickly masked it with the calm look he usually has.

"Elena, hey I was just here looking for a book but couldn't find it. Are you here to read too?" he asks and at first, I thought maybe he didn't suspect I heard anything but then I thought he could be just acting normal trying to find out if I heard anything.

I fold my hands and give him a scowl, "cut the crap Phine, I know you're a double agent!" I angrily said. His body tenses up and I see his hand reach inside his jacket pocket.

"There is no need for that, "I say making him halt his movements.

"Look kid I know your hurt-"

"Yeah Yeah Yeah, let's skip the drama, but I know how we can help each other".

"How is that"

"I won't tell anyone what you are if you help sneak out of the house."

He sighs and scratches his head, "So you want some new scenery hey, Im supposed to believe your willing to keep quiet just for that?"

"No, your going to help me kill Bertha Peers"
