The Necromancer's Touch

When the world was suddenly overrun with monsters known as mutants, humanity needed a new weapon. That weapon was the altered. Humans with incredible abilities. There were major hotspots of mutants in certain areas around the world. One of these hotspots was Adelaide, Australia. It is so dangerous that anyone who has graduated from high school who hasn't joined a clan must leave the city. Bowyn, a 17 year old just about to leave high school is a Lesser, someone with only a secondary ability. He has no hope of joining a clan, until he finds a strange book on a school expedition.
