5 - Advanced & Elite Slimes
"Take that, ha it's too easy!" Michael killed two Slimes at the same time, cheered before going over to Victor who also finished off his opponent.

"Let's rest again for a while, I'm almost out of mana" Victor said tiredly and sat down on the ground as the skeletons moved to create a warning circle around them.
After collecting the drops Michael sat down.
"If we keep this up we'll hit level three soon, hey we might be able to do the dungeon after reaching level 3."
"We won't be able to do the dungeon yet as it's a level 10 to 15 dungeon. but we should have the ability to go deeper into the Slimes Territory."
"Oh ok, so you got any ideas to level up quicker? After all we won't get any good drops from these slimes." Michael spoke as he kicked a dead slime away.
"Plus my Backpack is nearly full" Michael gestured to his backpack.
"Well mines still empty so we're good for now, as for leveling up quicker... Well if one of us had a AOE damage attack then I have an idea but unfortunately we don't." Victor replied as he meditated, recovering his Mana.
"Ahh too bad." Michael complained and waited for Victor.
After 30 minutes they were back to finding Slimes but this time they found a large group of Slimes with some that were differently colored.
"Aren't Slimes all green?" Michael asked something stupid and earn himself a hit on his head by a annoyed friend.
"Are all those afternoons and weekends I spent helping you study for nothing?" Victor asked full of annoyance.
"No, no it just slipped my mind" Michael rubbed his head and looked away.
"It's because there are different types of Slimes and we have to be careful because only Advanced and above Slimes are different from normal Slimes." Victor answered as he came up with a plan.
All Monsters can be broken up into Grades that show their strength/quality (Normal, Advanced, Elite, Rare, Epic, Leader, Legendary and above), but some Monsters are different.
So they will have either Boss, Special or Unique. (For example: *Special* Slime or *Unique* Slime, *Boss* Slime (Rare Boss) or *Special Boss* Water Slime (Rare Boss).
There was about 16 normal Slimes arranging from level 3 to 4.

The problem was that there is 3 Advanced Slimes and one Elite Slime which would be a problem but luckily they are all Slimes and don't have any actual intelligence so they can't work together.
So Victor and Michael could easily kill one at a time using the Skeletons to draw one or two Slimes at a time.
"Ok we have to kill all of the normal ones first, then we have to kill the Advanced ones together and then we'll make a game plan for the Acid Slime." Victor came up with a quick game plan.
A skeleton moved forward and caught the attention of a few of the Slimes slowly leading them away.
After getting a few meters away from the group of Slimes Michael and Victor attacked, then repeated this as more Slimes were brought over.

But accidents are always bound to happen, as a Fire slime was also brought over with the last 2 normal Slimes.
"Keep your distance it has a ranged attack so watch out for it" Victor warned Michael as he saw that the Fire Slime bloated slightly before shooting out a small jet of fire from it's body.
Michael who thought he could easily take on the Fire Slime charged it, but was luckily warned by Victor allowing him to dodge in time.
The attack just missed him flying and hitting a tree trunk behind him lighting it on fire.
Looking back Michael let out a sigh of relief upon seeing the damage caused, Victor seeing this yelled at Michael.
"What are you doing attack!, It can't use it's ability again yet!"
Hearing this Michael quickly attacked with Death Slash before backing away, Victor on the overhand finished off the last normal Slime before coming over to help.
The Fire Slime moved forward and attacked Michael trying to grab him, seeing this Victor used Undeath Flame causing the Fire Slime to pause in pain before changing targets to him.
Seeing an opening Michael stabbed into it and for once got the Slime's core killing it.

"Look at that XP we should kill more of them!" Michael had stars in his eyes at the idea. Victor agreed nodding his head while collecting the drops.
[Obtained: Broken Fire Slime Core × 1, Weak Fire Shard × 1]
"Huh, not bad loot, we can sell the core to the Alchemist Guild and after collecting enough shards we can sell them either to the Blacksmith or the Enchanting Guild."
Now with new found vigor they both attacked the last two Water Slimes killing them, however Victor became worried about Michael's weapon sustaining damage against the Elite Acid Slime.

[Obtained: Broken Water Slime Core × 2, Weak Water Shard × 3]
"Ok back off, your weapon is too low grade and will be damaged if it comes into contact with it's body." Victor instructed Michael.
"Oh come on, it won't break so what's the problem?" Michael complained wanting to kill his first Elite Monster
"No we still need you to have the ability to fight later, and a new sword isn't cheap you know." Victor replied as he shot a Undeath Flame at the Acid Slime.
The Slime attacked back with a shot of Acid after the flame dissipated from it's body, it missed as Victor had already created distance but unluckily for a poor Skeleton it was hit instead.
"See i would have been..... fine" Michael paused slightly as he spoke as the hit skeleton began to melt away from where it was hit.
Unfortunately it's head wasn't saved so it too melted extinguishing it's Soul Fire and killing the poor Skeleton.
"Tsk, their too weak and slow." Michael said full of attitude causing all of the remaining Skeletons to stare at him and making him jump.
"Hey Vic aren't your stupid Skeletons not meant to have any intelligence?" He asked while making some distance from the skeletons.
"They don't!" Victor yelled in frustration as he fought the Acid Slime before finally killing it after hitting it with the 6th Undeath Flame.

Victor threw the Helmet to Michael who quickly became excited and put it on.
"Yes! Gear and I can use it, so how do I look?" He showed off his new look to Victor.
"Like an Idiot" Victor stated without a change in expression as he summoned a new skeleton.
However before they could rest, all of the Skeletons looked over towards the bushes as Victor and Michael heard a low growl....
