The nanny

It was a early breeze Monday morning. I had an interview with the CEO.

I arrived at the building. it was huge and very modern I walked inside and met the receptionist.

"Hi good Morning." I said politely.

He looked me up and down and scoffed. of course I expected to be insulted here and there. I didn't own alot of things.

"What are you doing here?" he asked in disgust.

"ohh I'm looking for Liam Quiaver?" I said.

"sixteenth floor." he responded and continued to file his nails.

I walked into the elevator and a nice lady joined. she was dressed in a floral dress wearing dark sunglasses and mumbling something under her breath.

"That darn child, How dare he turned down a date." She mumbled. "This is the tenth time for the week and he hasn't even attended a date. That workaholic brat of mines."

She exited on the sixteenth floor and walked down the hallway. I stood in the elevator watching her then I realized I was also on the sixteenth floor and ran out of the elevator and ran down the hall

to ROOM 005

I walked down the hall searching for room 005. I was about to enter when I heard to people arguing.

"Mom! I don't need a girlfriend."

"I want my grandkids!"

"You told me when I was young not to have any girlfriends or anything. "

" Times have changed I'm getting old and I wanted you to focus. This last girl she is the head of the hospital in Kingston. "

" Mom no! "

" I'll leave it on your desk. I'm coming back Friday to hear about the date. Don't dwell on that girl from the past."

" I'm not dwelling."

" Forget about her, she's disappeared she's gone move on."

" She was my first love. and it wasn't like she had a choice."

" She had a choice. I can't with this conversation I'm leaving."

it sounded like the lady got up, I ran down the hallway out of view. She came out looking left and right then headed for the elevator.

I waited for the elevator to close before I head inside.

*ding* and it closes.

I went inside. it had this feeling, homey. It reminded me of home. There was 2 sofas along the side of the window and a table in between with 2 cups of hot coffee. A desk with chic colors and designs his chair was like any dining table chair.

"Good morning Mr.Quiaver." I said in the most professional tone.

I took a quick glance at Mr.Quiaver. He was in a black suit with a sharp jawline sharp enough to cut someone. His face was pretty and his body seemed fit like he went to the gym every week.

"Good morning Miss Gordon." He responded and offered a seat.
