14 Trust

Eliza was bothered about the mysterious man and she wondered why. There's something about the man and Marcus, something similar but she couldn't name it.

As they reached home, Eliza thanked Marcus and went directly to her room.

When morning came, Eliza went to the kitchen and smelled something delicious.

As she went there, he saw Marcus cooking. He looks hot wearing an apron with a white shirt underneath. Eliza couldn't help admiring him.

"Done staring?"

That question wake her up from her reverie and it made her blush.

"I was just amazed to see that you know how to cook."

"No one cooks for me."

"But why? You're rich and you can hire a cook?"

"I don't want to, I want to make sure that my food has no poison". "

" A what? Why would they do that? "

" Don't easily trust people Eliza. "

" Does that mean that I should not trust you? "

" It is up to you.

After the conversation, both of them ate silently.
