16 STRATEGIZING
" Shhhhhhhh " I scold Mia to stay quiet and in return she rolls her eyes .
" Stop your gossips , kiddos , it's not the bloody time " Carlos shouts at us .
" Not you too " Mia whines while keeping up with the rest of us .
" All of you , behave for once and Focus "Aastha says quietly as if talking to a child
I am sure you all are wondering what the hell is going on . Well , to put it straight , our request to visit the Castle was rudely declined by Uncle and Aunt . Then , Mia came to save the day as she asked Carlos to pay a visit in our room with good stock of snacks . And Damn , did that boy bought a lot of Snacks . So , here we are , sitting in a circle and discussing the plan .
" So , you promise you can get us to Castle safely " Aastha questioningly asks Carlos . This girl is actually willingly planning to visit her grave by agreeing to such a plan . Let's see where this mystery takes us !
" YuP " The said person nods bored to death .
" Are you sure you want to do this ? Cause Once started you can't back out . You either get the answers or hold your curiosity back !"
We look at each other with determination shining through our eyes . It's all we ever wanted - an adventure of ours and we are not sure if we are ready for that , to be honest, we never will be and that just gives a little more hope of trying . Trying is the best we can do !
" This vacation hasn't been how we thought of it to be , though we aren't complaining . Sometimes it's nice to be surprised by nature :)
" Yeah , let's crack it "
" Got nothing to lose , nothing to win , fair for me ! "
We smile as we said what was in our mind , feeling it lightening .
" Wooow ! That was insane . I wasn't sure this idiotic girl could ever talk sense ? Guess I got surprised too " Carlos exclaims trying to lighten the mood .
" This idiotic girl can always kill you in your sleep " She smiles innocently at him .
" She has got some problems, I am warning you " He quietly whispers in Aastha's ear and that was indeed a wrong move . As the next second we see , Mia is literally sitting on top of him repeatedly hitting his chest and cursing profanities .
Let me take you to the flashback of our talk with Uncle :-

" Girls , Don't force it , I said NO "
After a minute's silence we plead to Uncle once more " Are we still on that topic ? Check your ears checked out cause they clearly aren't functioning properly if you can't understand a simple NO "
" Will you pay for the check-up ?" Aastha asks . Can she ever be serious . Jesus , I love this girl !
" Uncle , Puppy eyes " I say giving him my best puppy eyes . I know I look like a walking maniac right now , though it doesn't matter .
" You don't take no for an answer , Do you ?"
" You know us so good !"
" Remember, I am telling you this unwillingly and only because you forced it on me " He looks at us expectantly to which we nod our heads simultaneously . " I hope you remember the story I told you on the first night ? The place from where those voices came was The historic Castle itself . No one has lived there since two decades and that's why it gets scary at nighttime . During the day , the Castle hold it's head up high and shine like the crystal it is . But at night , the blue glow emits within it's walls and voice echoes around to which we believe is haunted . The civilians made a fence around it so that No one tries to enter it and gets hurt . Anyways , you guys won't be able to find it because of the big trees that surround it's entrance . That finishes our conversation , Sweet Dreams !" He politely dismisses us .
Aastha looks at me and I looks back at Mia . I guess we know what to do tomorrow ;) .
" Don't try to go there " He said looking at us strictly .
" That clear ?"Mia questions back .
" Crystal clear "
" I will know , Girls " He says one last time be boring walking off towards his bedroom .
" Huff " We breathes out not at all in a good way .
" If only he really knew " We say in unison .
I mean if you think about it rationally how worse can it be ?
