12 GETTING STARTED

We were giggling at a story Aastha just recalled of how she fell face first on the floor because of her clumsiness in the school . I playfully shove Mia on the shoulder when she started reminding me of my own embarrassing story from our childhood . It was the worst and I would rather forget this instead of eating gummy bears . And trust me , Gummy bears are the first thing in my favourite list .

Laughing like some idiot's we entered the infamous parlour of Beryland ice - creams . The door chime tingled behind us as I closed the door behind us . I took the seat near the window on a table in the backside of shop .

" Show us what you get , A " Mia asked bluntly .

" Give me a minute , my highness " Aastha replies searching in her bag and taking out three thick books ; it's cover is black with the title printed in gold italics in cursive .

" Go place the order , M " I orders .

" Why me ?"

" Cause you are the useless person at the moment and we have some important stuff to be taken care of " I replies nonchalantly and smiles innocently at her .

" You are the worst persons , I have ever met in my life " She strodes off in the direction of counter slowly .

I carefully pick up the first book however Aastha snatched it from my hand and smile sheepishly at me . Gosh , typical Aastha . She brought herself a book from the restricted section . Anyways , back to picking up the both books .

I carefuully inspecteced both of them , one is titled - History Of The Fallen Kingdom and the other one - Kingdom , The Time Forgot . Hmm , interesting topics . Let's get this thing started .
