Reina Ashton has been mute ever since she was born. After spending more than fifteen years under an abusive father and neglectful mother, she has finally been taken away by the proper authorities, and adopted by a caring and loving old couple, who used to also have a muted daughter years ago. But unfortunately, she is still scarred by the horrors of her past, and only communicates when she needs to.
