Chapter 1 | This Changed My Life

"Go away! AND NEVER COME BACK, UKIO!! YOU HEARD ME!!!"

"BUT MOM!! IM YOUR SON, why are you doing this to me?!!!, I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG!!"

My mom then starts to throw things at me. I cry and get beaten up.

My mom kicks me out. Why? Was I a bad son? I don't know. I can't get a job because I live in Detroit and things are very bad here. I start walking on the road in hopelessness.

The house we lived in was a japanese style house, pretty unique in detroit right? It had two floors. on the ground was living room just right after entrance and a kitchen. My parents' room was right behind the Kitchen. My room was on the 1st floor. In total we had three rooms. I am the only child of my parents, Yet they were very harsh on me. Anyways I leave the house or rather I was kicked out of it. I asked myself.

'Why was I born?'

I walk a few miles away from my house.

'What do i do now?, I'm already diagnosed with depression.'

I see an ad while walking

"THE ONLY CURE TO DEPRESSION AND OTHER MENTAL ISSUES"

I ran towards it. It was on the right side of the road. a cool breeze blew... i stopped at the door.

It was a red small door. looked like a small shop. no one was there in the room. I thought there would be loads of people wanting to fix their mental health issues... sigh

'Let's give this a try.... what else is left in my worthless life' I enter to the building through the red entrance

a bell rings, like the one you hear when you enter any small shop.

the moment i step inside, A man, probably in his sixties, speaks

"Oh Hi Mister, lost your way or something?" - said the man as he looked at me like he was checking me and my appearance.

"Uhh, is this the place ? The Ad is just above this building... curing depression and problems...." - I said to the man

"Yes. although no one comes here... you are my first customer in two months"

"really? don't you, like... go out of business?"

"No, we don't. So, Gentleman, What can I do for you."

"Fix my depression?..." - I replied and I was confused too like... don't you do that here? What else can you do for me? give me a million dollars?

"No, But I can show you a way you can make a million dollars" - Said the old man

"Woah!, How did you know what I was thinking???????" - I asked as I was shocked.

"Do you wanna know how... young man?" - replied the old man.

I was fascinated by it and promptly agreed.

"Well the first thing is to dress you well, you look terrible" - said the old man.

He was right... I looked terrible. my black hairs and brown eyes and darkness under the eyes showed I was so tensed due to my family situation. my hairs were all messy, I looked like I live in a dumpster. Anyways the Old man, Or Mr. Yama Suigetsu , I asked the name later... dressed me well and then guided me to a room.

"Come, Young one..."

I took few steps and observed the area we were

in.

when I entered into the shop, on my left was a counter, the usual counter you see in grocery stores I was amazed that why is this here?? then I walk forward and see many action figures and many boxes of action figures including iron man,superman,batman,thor,wonder woman,Joker and many more.. the old man was sitting on a black comfy chair. he was very think and had white hairs, no beard, he was wearing a black old tuxedo and had an american NY hat... very weird indeed.

when Mr. Yama asked me to come and follow him, I went with him, he walked and took me in his underground basement which was in the shop.

'I have a bad feeling about this... but oh well..' - I thought that this may be my key to success in life. So I followed him down the stairs. it was very dark, Mr.Yama had a torch light with him.

I went in the basement, suddenly a light so bright that My eyes were automatically shut off by it.

The old man spoke, my eyes were still closed

"TELL ME SON, DO YOU WANT TO FIX YOUR PROBLEMS, GET A SECOND SHOT AT LIFE?"

I promptly replied

"YES!!"

"THEN GET READY FOR IT"- said the old man with really loud tone

"I'M READY" - i said

"Scream your name and swear on your life that you are prepared" - said the old man.

"I, UKIO TYSON, SWEAR BY MY LIFE THAT I AM READY" - My voice echoed and I couldn't see anything because it was so bright, ut felt like i would go blind due to the bright white light. I couldnot believe a room so dark could be this bright.

it all went dark, it was like i fell down on something. it felt like i fell on a road.

A holographic screen appeared in front of my eyes.

I laughed, finally something fun and interesting is going to happen with my life! I have a new challenge and new life, another shot. I really donot want to mess this up. what is the potential of this system, does it have magic... I had so many questions.
