Chapter 8

The Citadel Envoy which was sent out to the Terminus Systems was about to go through the Mass Relay to reach one of the systems in the Terminus Systems and from there they will attempt to get into contact with the so-called Emperor.

As the fleet went through the Mass Relay and came out a couple of Hours. After emerging from the Mass Relay the Citadel Fleet was met with empty space but as time went on a Massive number of ships had jumped into the system and was now blocking the Citadel Envoy. To the Citadel fleet, the ships had appeared out of nowhere and some of them were trying to figure out where they came from.

But as they were searching for answers a transmission was sent to the Citadel Fleet from the Imperium fleet.

The Admiral of the fleet had accepted the transmission and in front of them for the first time appeared a Female Zelvan.

"This is High Admiral Irena of the Galactic Imperium and your fleet is trespassing on Imperium space which is an act of aggression," said Irena

"This is a diplomatic fleet from the Citadel we are not here to cause trouble we only want to establish contact with the Galactic Imperium and invite you to the citadel which is a place for all races to meet and where the council resides," Said the Envoy

"What is this council you speak of?" Asked Irena

"The council is the ultimate authority in Citadel space, passing judgment for violations of Council law, settling disputes between governments, and maintaining law and order, often through the use of its own covert intelligence service, called the Spectres who vary from many races. The Council is an executive committee composed of one representative each from the member species. Though they have no official power over the independent governments of other species, the Council's decisions carry great weight throughout the galaxy. No single Council race is strong enough to defy the others, and all have a vested interest in compromise and cooperation. That is all I know if you want more information you can ask the council" Said the Envoy

After some time of thinking, Irena decided to contact Xavier and ask what should she do with the diplomatic fleet. Xavier has her escort them to Zelvanna where they will meet with him personally. So after talking with Xavier Irena escorted the citadel fleet to Zelvanna.

After arriving above Zelvanna the people on the Citadel fleet were amazed at the giant structures that were in space around Zelvanna and how the space was filled with ships flying around. As the fleet approached the planet they were told to dock at a spaceport above the planet and from there they will be escorted down to the planet.

After docking the fleet the Asari Envoy had gone aboard the space station to meet with their guide who will guide them to their transports to leave the planet. As the Asari Envoy left her ship she was greeted by a Napir and since this was a new race the Envoy was curious as she observed the appearance of the Napir.

"Welcome my name is Iana and I will be the one to show you to your transports," Said Iana as she looked behind the Asari and saw some Asari Bodyguards with her "Also only 2 guards are allowed to accompany you," Said Iana

The Envoy looked back at her guards and told only two to follow and the rest to wait aboard the ship. After selecting the two guards the Envoy had followed Iana to a small shuttle that took them down to the planet's surface.

As the shuttle went through the atmosphere and above the capital city of Zelvanna which was Zel the Envoy was admiring the designs of the buildings and ships she saw as they flew over the city.

After a couple more minutes of flying, they landed near a big building in the center of the city which was massive in size. The Envoy assumed this must be the place where the Emperor was.

Once the shuttle landed the Envoy had followed Iana into the building where they were then escorted into a massive room where she saw a massive throne that was empty.
