1125 Haruhime

The Entertainment District is the dark side of Orario that includes places like brothels and some illegal things.

"... Pleasure District… So why did we come here again?" Xin asks while walking along the road of the Entertainment District.

Mikoto, who was also flustered, didn't know what to say. She asked Xin for help but she forgot to tell the reason after getting crowded by the girls this morning.

After she calmed down, she told Xin her story and her friend.

Mikoto has been friends with the name Haruhime since childhood. Mikoto and the other members of the Takemikazuchi Familia would often sneak Haruhime out of her manor at night to play as thanks for her request to have food sent to their shrine. Even when Haruhi's father stopped sending assistance due to his dislike of them, Mikoto and the others kept coming to see her until her father disowned her.

After learning that her friend was in Orario and of her plight, Mikoto was determined to rescue her. She became enraged when she discovered the plan to have Haruhime's soul sealed within the Killing Stone.

"Killing Stone?"

"Killing Stone was an illegal magic item created from a Tamamo Stone and Tobi Stone, which in turn were created from a dead baby Renard and a stone called Lunatic Light."

"As for the effect, I'm still clueless."

Renards are a Demi-Human race that have fox ears and a tail. They are known for possessing rare magic.

If only Xin recovers all his ability, he can easily find even a single mouse around the Orario but right now, he only gets back almost 20% of his original strength.

Covering his face with a fox mask, Xin started roaming around trying to not attract anyone as possible until he found himself in a particular part of the district.

Looking back, it takes back to where he walked along the road of Sereitei back then. He likes to walk here because it reminds him of the years he spent back there.

And then fate stumbled upon him again, while absentminded walking along the street, he found his target, sitting and waiting in a vacant building.

Looking around first, Xin is stealthy inside, but what confuses him is that the girl seems not scared at all, she looks composed and calm.

"I have been waiting for you." The girl said.

"?"

"Thank you for staying the night with me, my name is Haruhime."

"Huh?" looking around, it seems that this room is not a simple room but an open window brothel and this girl misinterprets him as a customer.

"This way please."

"W-Wait!"

"What's the matter, Dear Customer."

"Actually I'm not a customer."

"You aren't a customer?"

"Well, yeah, sorry if you misunderstand me."

"Once again, I'm Haruhime, and you are?"

"Xin Fei."

Looking at the girl's pitiful face, Xin doesn't know how he can describe his feelings right now, he had never encountered something like this at all.

But, his sense is telling him that this girl is pure, maybe purer than the people outside who come to find pleasure here.
