1 A new beginning

A world surrounded in the many mysteries unexplored lands and unexplored depths. The world that had many beautiful sights but also had many sights that would scare ordinary people. Monsters that roamed free in the world and bandits that roamed the earth as if they owned it. The ordinary people lived peacefully, but there were those that sought the thrill of adventure or maybe freedom. Who knows what actually goes on in the heads of those Hunters would only be themselves.

Many years had passed since the small boys had become Hunters, Gon Freecs and Killua Zoldyck now known as great hunters lived peacefully. The boys met back at the Hunter exam when they were only at the small age of 11. Killua that was an assassin before deciding to come there and then there was the innocent boy Gon who just had the goal to find his father. And Killua had the goal of finding his purpose in this life, and he had found it. At first, it was to protect his sister Alluka from any harm. He succeeded in this for many years, and right now a man that stood tall at 6 feet bulging muscles out of his clothes stood there.

If one looked close, they would notice who he was this man was Killua Zoldyck now the head of the Zoldyck family. A one-star hunter that had achieved many things in his life he had just turned 30 years old, but in those 30 years, he had never been this scared before.

'Please let my child be born safely' he thought inwardly in a different room was his wife Canary Zoldyck giving birth to his first child. Killua and Canary met when she became a butler of the Zoldyck family she would never have expected to become his husband around 20 years later.

A scream escaped her mouth the pain was unbearable, but slowly a baby entered her view. The nurse grabbed the baby, but it didn't even let out one scream of pain no instead it calmly looked around and seemed to observe where he was. This stunned the woman a baby that didn't cry was a first for her whole career of being a nurse yet she didn't mind it she could hear the baby breathing, so she guessed he was fine. She looked at it, and a smile entered her face, "miss its a boy" she said while handing the baby to its mother. When the baby saw the face of his mother a shocked expression entered on his face.

This baby was no ordinary baby but a person that was reborn while still having his memories. How could he ever have expected to be reborn into a fictional story. Canary was noticeable she was slightly older, but one could say she aged very well. The boy looked at her before smiling it wasn't that he was smiling with the happiness of seeing his mother. No the only thought he had in his head was, 'i want to be free' he had lived a life caged by the laws of the society he lived in.

Don't get him wrong the society he lived in was peaceful and definitely good, but he had wanted freedom since a young age yet he felt like he couldn't experience it. But what better place was there than the Hunter x Hunter world the place that was known for the many adventures one could experience. He had never experienced freedom robbed of the ability to walk at the age of 2 when his family got into a big car accident. One would say he got lucky with the inability to ever walk since every single member of his family died in that car accident.

Yet he never viewed himself lucky wishing he had died along with them he had no family that wanted him and was never adopted because of his distant personality. Doctors said it came from the trauma of the accident, but the one thing he had felt since his birth was the desire for freedom he became distant once his ability was lost. His life was a roller coaster mixed with different phases he went to school like normal children, got a job and at last when he reached the age of 30 he started to travel the world. Yet he was always confined because of his legs.

He lived life well until one day when he was exploring some unknown part of a mountain he fell. Death slowly graced him, and his eyes slowly closed eternal darkness was what he was expecting but the next instant that he could open his eyes he saw this room. The world of Hunter x Hunter would be his new home the home where he could explore as much as he wants. Suddenly a middle-aged man barged into the room while looking around, "how is my wife" the nurse smiled many people feared the family called Zoldyck yet here the famous Killua was being worried about his wife.

"She is fine you also have become a father Killua-Sama," the nurse said while smiling. The worries disappeared from Killua's face, and a big smile entered his face while he walked over to his wife and son. He looked at his son a bit of white hair was seen on his head and the same blue eyes he had looked at him a mixture of his skin and of Canary was there it was clear he was of mixed race. Killua's smile became even bigger while he kissed Canary on her forehead. "Thank you for this beautiful son my dear," Killua said Canary smiled, "what will we name him dear," Canary asked.

Killua pondered before he got the name, "We will call him Jiyu Zoldyck, Jiyu for freedom and hope that he will never be confined by the Zoldyck name like I once was."

Note: the first chapter of the novel i have been working on on the side. This novel will at most have 2 chapters a week. After all The eights deadly sins is still my main focus. I hope you all wil enjoy this!
