After Orochimaru left, Kenichi looked at all the other Shinobi and said:

Listening to Hagoromo, Kenichi smirked when he said:

He achieved his goal with that.

He never intended to kill the 2,000 Konoha Shinobis now, what Kenichi wanted is for Hagoromo to appear and interfere.
The Lotus generated by Yggdrasil not only suppresses the power of spirits, it drains their power as they use it in their reach.
Jiraya, Minato, Hiruzen, Danzo, Fugaku, Hiashi, and a few others among those present were essential to Hagoromo's plans for Naruto and Sasuke.
The old man had been planning since a thousand years ago when the prophecy was made and would not allow Kenichi to spoil his plans with just over 2 decades of time left for his goal.
So he would undoubtedly remove all Shinobi present for fear that his predictions and results would be altered excessively if he did not do so.
If Hagoromo wanted to try to maintain the prophecy, he would be forced to spend monstrous amounts of his energy to teleport all 2,000 Shinobi away from Kenichi and even more energy to hide Konoha from him.
For each of these 2,000 belonged to the clans that would help to make up Naruto and Sasuke's personality.
In order for Naruto to become the son of peace that Gamamaru's prophecy said, it was necessary that he be despised by the majority of Konoha. Without this, he could not give his famous Talk-no-Jutsu.
Imagine the actions of Naruto disregarding how much he suffered, they fit as retarded at best.

And with those 2,000 Shinobi being killed now, Naruto couldn't grow up in a way that would allow him to bear everyone's pain,and use his Talk-no-Jutsu.
For the peace that Hagoromo wanted to be achieved, the only way was Naruto suffering enough that he would mature faster.
For Sasuke to become an avenger, there would have to be an Uchiha clan. Among those 2,000 shinobis, were all the elites of the Uchiha clan. If everyone died now, the clan would perish in the next war without a doubt.
So Hagoromo had to act, however it was not without a price.
Yggdrasil made Hagoromo use 1,000X the amount of energy needed to teleport to all 2,000 Shinobi who had fallen into Kenichi's trap.
Kenichi's barrier forced Hagoromo to spend even more Chakra than Yggdrasil already did, the amount was absurd.
This action by Hagoromo would in turn remove him from the equation in the near future, as he would not be able to interfere more directly in the affairs of the Elemental Nations for at least two decades.
And as a bonus, all the extra energy he spent today to do this due to Yggdrasil and the barrier, was now Kenichi's.
Looking at the Lotus that shone with all the colors of the spectrum, Kenichi smiled as he thought about his plans for the future.
Before deactivating your barrier, he took the lotus in his hands.
After that, he created a Wood Clone and said:

Hagoromo moved the entire Konoha area as soon as he teleported the 2,000 people back to the village at extreme speed, expending even more Chakra and energy.
And then he started to restructure the Fuuinjutsu around Konoha using everything he had leftover with energy and a ton of Senjutsu to prevent Kenichi from entering the place again over a period of 15 years.
Unfortunately for him, Kenichi was already inside the village and all he did was stand by and watch the scene while using a transformation Jutsu to hide.
And he let the lotus in his hand drain even more energy from Hagoromo.
That when feeling the suppression of the lotus flower that Kenichi generated on him once again, he started to work even faster for fear of Kenichi arriving before he finished.
Hagoromo was not a fool, and he knew that even if he borrowed the power of Kurama who was inside Kushina, the situation would not change, as he would not yet have a body and the lotus would suppress it.
And it was exactly as Kenichi had said, even if he assumed a physical body he could not use more than 5% of his total combat capacity and that if he could reach that 5%. After seeing what Kenichi was capable of, Hagoromo doubted that he could beat Kenichi with just that.
So without another option, he would have to prevent Kenichi from entering Konoha. At least the people essential to Naruto's growth to become the child of prophecy could be kept alive.
Things wouldn't be exactly as he planned but they could still be fixed.
Kenichi seeing Hagoromo didn't even bother to stop him.
The more energy Hagoromo spent the better it would be for Kenichi. After that, he could simply kill everyone who attacked him along with all the elders of the Senju clan while taking Kushina out of Konoha and taking her with him.
Kenichi would let the others survive a little longer, as they would be very useful manpower in the not too distant future.
Taking advantage of Hagoromo's focus on mending the barrier and the suppression that Lotus granted, Kenichi wasted no time.
Using his enhanced senses he detected that everyone who attacked him was gathered in one place. Without wasting time, he moved there.
Arriving in the room, he saw everyone still on the floor, the poison had not yet left their bodies.
And the loss of Chakra affected them too much.
When they arrived in the village they had less than 2% of the Chakra left.
Kenichi appeared, created several shadow clones, and killed everyone who attacked, leaving only 4 people alive.
Fugaku, Jiraya, Minato and Sakumo.

All but 4 were dead, and worst of all, Kenichi had left a message on the wall written in blood.

Before you start cursing me for ruining Minato and Kushina's romance story, let me be very clear.
Realistically speaking, no village would leave its weapons of mass destruction or future containers for them without anyone to watch.
This means there was no way for weak Ninjas to kidnap Kushina from Konoha.
And professional ninjas would never let a kidnapped young woman simply walk when they could carry her, which would be much faster
And to say that professional ninjas didn't notice an entire trail of red hair is even more impossible because what kind of idiot would turn his back on a hostage and just walk in front of her, it's extremely illogical for something like that to happen.
Kushina was old enough to be close to graduating from the academy, she should have already learned at least one or two Jutsus to escape
Even a Genin should have guessed it was a bad idea to leave that way, but Shinobi who achieved the feat of entering Konoha and stealing Jinchuriki didn't know?
This is simply unrealistic.
As much as I try to think of a path, militarily speaking, that scene of the kidnapping and the rescue of Kushina are impossible unless it was a setup.
For a Shinobi to take Kushina out of the village, he would have to be at least a Rank A, or have some Jutsu that would allow him to teleport.
A small Minato would not be able to defeat a Rank A Shinobi, and if they had a Teleportation Jutsu, they would have used it to go far away from Konoha with him.
If by any chance, any of you have a valid theory, to have no one watching Kushina, or how Minato could defeat elite ninjas of at least Rank A at the age of 10 to 14 years old being an orphan and had not received much training from Jiraya yet, please leave in the comments.
And about Hagoromo planning, sorry for the sincerity, but I don't believe he stood by looking at humanity for 1,000 years and would still believe in a prophecy made by a frog if he had no involvement in how the prophecy unfolded.
Hagoromo for 1,000 years, saw humanity killing itself with the Chakra that he himself granted.
For 1,000 years he saw his sons' reincarnations struggling.
For 1,000 years he saw all the atrocity that wars brought, and everything that happened.
Unless he was watching everything, while he himself acted to raise the son of prophecy, Hagoromo should have gone insane with all the brutality that his action caused.
If he were a good person, Hagoromo would have enormous remorse for what happened due to him handing over the Chakra to humanity after seeing 1,000 years of killing.
And one more thing, he showed that he could interfere with the world of the living if he wanted, if Hagoromo really wanted to prevent the emergence of Kaguya he could easily be selected the black Zetsu and the problem would be solved, but in the work, it is clearly clear that he did not he does that, and he has no regrets for not doing it, so I believe he had a plan going on to raise the son of prophecy.
Because honestly, it is impossible that the Hagoromo who observed the reincarnations of his children struggling for 1,000 years, did not notice the involvement of Black Zetsu.
