The Moon Calls

When the moon is at its fullest, Meredith Jordan can't help but be drawn to it. She has no memory of when her nightly walks in the woods started, but she remembers when they ended. During one of her walks, the full moon shining brightly overhead, she saw something that horrified her. Since then she hasn't been back into those woods, especially at night. It was hard for her at first, since the woods were right outside her bedroom window, but she managed to fight her urges to go back. She never was completely sure what she had seen, but she knew she never wanted to see it again. After ten years of avoiding the woods, blocking out the moon's whispers, she starts hearing the moon call to her. Inviting her to come play once again. Can she continue to fight the urges? Was what she saw as a little girl just her overactive imagination? Or are there actually dark things lurking in those woods? Will the moon pull her back in?
