The Misfortunate

In a world with humans who use magic on a daily basis, a prodigious school takes only the best of magic users under its wing, this school is Mortem Institute. Aurelia West, a girl from an upper class family full of legendary magic users, finds herself cracking under her mother's expectations and has only two goals. To be surpass all those in her family and to find out what really happened to her brother Natalie, the girl without any name to call her own, wants nothing more, but to prove herself and to let the world know she exists. She quickly finds that the walls of Mortem are more then what they seem and have a connection to her unknown past.
