A silver-white haired woman could be seen descending from stairs. All of her elegance and grace seemingly disappeared as the sleepiness could control over her body.
Sloppy movement and tangled hair, wearing green pajamas did she made her way towards the bathroom.
After a few moments, Freya exited the bathroom looking much more like the elder sister she should be. Henrik was currently cooking breakfast for himself and his sister.
The almighty egg-curry was one of Henrik's favorite dishes. All the time spent in that prison-world was extremely productive for him as he even learned to cook various kinds of dishes, being his own judge.
"Morning sister, I see you got a good night's rest."
"The material used for the bed is really comfortable, I really wonder why our siblings never tried to visit this country."
"When they were too caught up in their own matters to even enjoy their long, eternal life."
Hearing her brother's words she just silently nodded. They had all the time is the world, all the power in the world, all the money in the world, sure they were escaping from their bloodthirsty father but they still could have enjoyed life.
Seeing all this frustrated Henrik to no ends, what is the use of having power if you can't enjoy life. One of his siblings was paranoid, one of fixated on his redemption, one of in pursuit of finding true love, one was indulging in all kinds of douchebaggery while one just wanted to die.
If not for the fact that Henrik had a lot of patience, he would have lost his mind to anger and frustration and would have suffered a heart attack.
After he finished cooking the egg-curry, he immediately poured some inside Freya's plate along with some rice. The delicious smell from the complex mixture of spices successfully captured Freya's consciousness.
"Have at it sister...."
Picking up the spoon on the wooden table, she poured some of the egg-curry on the rice and mixed both of them together with it. She took a spoonful of the delicious and spicy food. The rich taste exploded inside her mouth as her salivary-gland went in overdrive.
"This is soooo~ nice!!!"
"I am glad to like it..."
"Henrik you have to teach me. You are an awesome cook..."
"Sure sister, we have all the time in the world..."
Henrik also sat down and starting eating his own breakfast.
It has been 2-years since the fight with Amaterasu, they returned to [Kyoto] after destroying all evidence of their presence at the place.
The next day, unrest spread throughout the religious place as the news of "The destruction of Inner-Shrine" quickly made its way to [Kyoto], the capital of the country. The emperor summoned all the big clans available in the capital along with the [Shogunate-government].
Usually, the emperor has no real power in mobilizing the whole power of the country but he represented the highest seat, the highest authority as the spiritual head of the country. Being direct descended of the divine-bloodline of Goddess Amaterasu. To say he was enraged would be an understatement.
The main shrine of the main Shinto goddess was destroyed within a single night and nobody could find the culprits behind this unforgivable crime. His daughter was missing while his cousin's dead body was found in the destroyed Shrine, buried deep within the debris.
He ordered 1,000 soldiers of the royal army to turn every stone of the Mei prefecture and find his daughter and the culprits who dare commit such crime.
Henrik had also sent some of the Gerard family elders to support 1,000 soldiers in their investigation and to show his faith in the culture. But the true reason behind him doing so was to remove any non-existent suspicion on his mysteries family and also to keep an eye on the troop's movement.
Henrik had personally ordered the elders to keep his updated and also to destroy any evidence if any found. One can never be too cautious while dealing with such a delicate situation.
Amaterasu had also recovered from the injuries inflicted by Henrik after sleeping for a few years but didn't try to communicate with him all this time. Of-course there were a few exceptions, like the instance when he discussed his plans with his elder sister about capturing Amaterasu's siblings.
He still remembers the strong disapproval displayed by her at that time.

(A few years ago)
"Absolutely not!!!, I will help you in fulfilling your wishes. I will serve you for the rest of eternity but I will absolutely not allow you to condemn them to the same fate as myself."
"I didn't ask for your permission..."
"Your siblings being Gods have sinned in the past. Your younger brother Susanoo had claimed the lives of many with his arrogant attitude while Tsukoyumi is a prideful prick."
"But the foremost reason is you...."
"Me?"
"As much as I hate to admit it but the bond between you three is rather strong."
"Susanoo had already reconciled with you after giving you [Kusanagi] as a gift while Tsukoyumi only yearns to see your face once again."
"Tsukoyumi will be easy to lure since I already have his 'wife' within my pendant. In his enraged state, he wouldn't be able to fight against me and as for Susanoo..."
"I have a deal that he wouldn't be able to refuse..."
"What do you mean?"
Instead of answering her question, Henrik just smiled with a negative aura surrounding him. Amaterasu's eyes widened as realization dawned upon her, causing her to shiver just by thinking of "that" possibility.
"You wouldn't!!?..."
"Hehehehhe..."
"Y-You fool!!! D-Do you even know the consequences of your intentions, the world would plunge into darkness and destruction if you succeeded, even you wouldn't be able to survive..."
"Well, I beg to differ....."
"I-Izanagi would kill you!!!..."
"Not if I kill him first!!!..."
"Y-You can't defeat him!!! Even with that Grimoire...."
"Alone.....I can not."
"But with 'her' help, I think I will be just fine."
"No!!!...."
"Shut up!!!...."

The emperor ordered some of his best builders to rebuild the holy Shrine and he also positioned a few elite-soldiers as to guard the place.
In this short span of time, the Mikaelson clan had deepened their roots inside the whole of Japan. The history didn't deviate from its course as the tension in the air around the capital was palpable.
The Ōnin War (1467–1477), a conflict rooted in economic distress and brought on by a dispute over shogunal succession, will be generally regarded as the onset of the Sengoku period.
The "eastern" army of the Hosokawa family and its allies will clash with the "western" army of the Yamana, and fighting in and around Kyoto will last for nearly 11 years, after which it spread to outlying provinces.
That will be Henrik's Que to take an active role in the development of the country. With Freya by his side, the war will be much easier for the Mikaelson family.
